The Bank associates are knowledgeable and courteous. They are competent and always very friendly. I appreciate the time they spend explaining my transaction and/or any products and services they may be offering at any given period of time. thank you for understanding what customer service truly means in banking.

Their ATM is not 24 hour access, they keep locked up unless there's employees inside, this is extremely inconvenient to those of us who work the hours that are actually open 10-4, and who don't live in Madras.

I have had very good relationships with this bank. They have helped me out with several issues. They have always been positive, professional , and willing to stay and get to a conclusion, no matter the conclusion.
