I had great customer service from Jessica on several different occasions in 2023. She is very helpful. I called her and left a message and she called me the next day and assisted me (October 2023). I previously worked with her in January of 2023 to close 2 accounts and open new ones. She got me in timely and and was very helpful. You don't find banking service like that much any more. Great service.

I worked there for six years. The building is filthy. The current manager has never been too concerned with the cleanliness. The windows are so dirty inside and out, you could write in the filth. I used the atm this evening and it stinks so bad in that room I had to hold my breath, it doesn't look like it's been cleaned for a very long time.

We were traveling to Bend from Portland and we needed to get some money out of our account. We arrived at the bank at 1:05pm and realized that the bank is closed, even if their schedule says between 1:30-2:15pm is closed. 2 tellers were inside and they didn't even turned their heads when I knocked on the door. I'm not surprised to see that they have only bad reviews everywhere.

Slower than molasses in January!!! Now to be fair, i've been banking at this particular bank for 30+ years. They have always been good to me, but good lord when i have to sit at the drive thru for 15 mins to deposit a check...smh. Maybe its time to change banks...

Their ATM is not 24 hour access, they keep locked up unless there's employees inside, this is extremely inconvenient to those of us who work the hours that are actually open 10-4, and who don't live in Madras.

this is the most incompetent bank I have ever worked with. we had set up an automatic payment, that never happened, I went to the bank the day it was due to see why it hadn’t been taken out, they assured me it would be later. I checked the next morning, it wasn’t. I am Livid !You can’t get a hold of anyone in customer service, the bank doesn’t open til 10 am, I don’t think these folks know what they are doing.Spare yourself the aggrevation, go to a real bank

They don’t respect customer’s time. They take for ever to help customers. I understand they are short of staff. But at least they need to try and take care of customers.

The worst bank ever! They are not helpful at all. I called the Redmond Branch instead, they picked up the phone immediately and helped me in a heartbeat.I took in my POA, they took a copy BUT only from the back. I went back a day later to pick up the paperwork needed, Jessica talked to me like I was the problem by not submitted what they asked for. She is ridiculous and doesn’t have the customer service experience she needs to work with people. She could of approached the situation differently by communicating nicely instead of trying to argue by something that wasn’t done by me! Madras really need to step it up and hire people who people skills who are willing to help instead of creating barriers.

I’ve used probably 100 different US Bank’s and by far this one is the worst they are open from 10am - 4pm with an hour lunch? You can work longer than 5 hours? Hard job huh? And not only that but when they do open they dilly dally around for 20 minutes so it’s the first 4 hours of business bank I’ve seen. Come on US Bank fix this branch please.

Incredibly rude treatment at drive up window. I arrived at 4:15 and was told they closed at four. I started to acknowledge but before I could say anything the teller cut me off saying: "I told you we closed at Four". She them turned off the light and walked away ignoring my attempt to speak to her. I honked my horn and the assistant manager came to the window and without allowing me to comment said "We close at four." I said I understood but that the teller was extremely rude. She said was it "rude" to tell you that we closed at four? I said no, that was not the point but rather the way it was handled.

I have had very good relationships with this bank. They have helped me out with several issues. They have always been positive, professional , and willing to stay and get to a conclusion, no matter the conclusion.
