The Infrared Light Sauna at Spa Manzanita is a must-try for anyone in need of relaxation and recovery. The Spa has a very peaceful and tranquil ambiance, VIP professional service, and their Sunlighten mPulse sauna offers many tangible health benefits.
Any Infrared Light Sauna offers an array of wellness benefits. It's particularly effective for relieving tension in muscles, reducing stress, improving skin tone, body detoxification and warding off many other potential health challenges like diabetes, parkinsons, demensia, etc. For those, like me, with chronic joint pain and inflamation, the infrared light treatment offers targeted relief, as the heat penetrates deeper than sunlight, simple red-light technology or other types of traditional saunas.
Maggie and staff are THEE BEST and will accomodate and customize the right treatment for you. I used her sauna for two months while visiting from San Diego. It's a great experience at Spa Manzanita. And the town itself is beautiful too!

My daughter in law and I scheduled deep tissue massages together while on vacation for a girls spa day. We had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Rae. She is one of the most skilled massage therapists I’ve ever had. I requested her as she worked on me last year and her skill at bodywork is impressive. She also was very thorough at discussing my many physical issues. I’ve been getting deep tissue massages twice a month for over a decade to deal with chronic pain and mobility problems.
My daughter in law was worked on by Hannah. She described Hannah as wonderful, kind, very patient, and attentive. She will request Hannah the next time she’s on the west coast.
I also liked the questionnaire forms, they are more techy than I am, but the spa sends a link and it was quick and easy to fill out.
