It's not the fault of the pharmacists it's the fault of the store and their phone systems. I have had to set aside two medications I was using for pain relief because it took so long to get them that I hadn't taken them in a month. Besides that every time I try to put in my rescue inhaler it magically disappears off the list remember this is not the fault of the people working there I am not saying anything bad about them

Weekend employees don't communicate with weekday employees causing issues with prescriptions. This pharmacy needs serious checks and balances done when RX are involved. Horrendous system they are running with lack of knowledge on timelines and availability. Last time we will go here.

I have never had any of the issues like most of these other reviews. And most of the reviews fail to understand how understaffed they are. Times through ordering on the phone will not always be guaranteed. And if someone comes in and decides to wait for their Rx in store, people waiting will ALWAYS take priority. As for the vaccine comment....the only difference IS preference. If you are sight impaired carry a small magnifying glass. You can also ask other employees that are NOT in the pharmacy to help you find something. Albertson's got a LOT busier when BiMart closed their pharmacy. Even understaffed this is the best pharmacy in town. I never have issues getting my son's medication which can be difficult to get. The only gripe I have is the drive thru not being open much because it is more convenient for me.

I needed some cold meds for my children and was having a hard time finding them in the medicine aisles by the pharmacy. There is a lot crammed together in a small space over there, and with my vision being impaired I have a hard time reading and differentiating the labels. I went to the pharmacy to ask if they could point me in the right direction, and the pharmacist muttered under her breath, “Maybe you should look for yourself,” before coming over to assist. I was floored she said that and stated that I am sight impaired and have a hard time reading the labels. I clearly wear glasses and had just been searching the shelves myself prior to asking for help. The rude commentary was simply not needed. Since they help stock those shelves I figured they would be the people to ask, just to get serious attitude that was uncalled for. She eventually pointed me in the right direction after some huffing and puffing. I felt like she was annoyed with me after that so I apologized for asking for help. I left feeling pretty crappy about the interaction, and in shock that someone would be so rude when I was clearly having a hard time. What happened to common courtesy and treating others like you would wish to be treated? Do better please, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on when it comes to medications and pharmacy needs.

Went in to get a covid & flu shot. The woman who gave me the shot was Great! She was kind & professional. The man who checked me in on the other hand ,acted like I was bothering him. He did more that 2 big "I'm so annoyed " sighs when I asked him questions. He made me feel like I was Unwanted truly a bother & my presence was somehow the worse part of his day.I will now avoid Albertsons Pharmacy. I've NEVER been treated so Rude in my life!He made my experience awful.

I just fought for 6 hours to get my medication I have been taking for 4 weeks. The other two times I've been here it has taken an hour. This is because the way they communicate with your doctors office is really weird and usually they won't actually listen to what they are saying.
