Went in to get a covid & flu shot. The woman who gave me the shot was Great! She was kind & professional.The man who checked me in on the other hand ,acted like I was bothering him. He did more that 2 big "I'm so annoyed " sighs when I asked him questions. He made me feel like I was Unwanted truly a bother & my presence was somehow the worse part of his day.I will now avoid Albertsons Pharmacy. I've NEVER been treated so Rude in my life!He made my experience awful.

I just fought for 6 hours to get my medication I have been taking for 4 weeks. The other two times I've been here it has taken an hour. This is because the way they communicate with your doctors office is really weird and usually they won't actually listen to what they are saying.

Been using them for a year or so.Switched from Rite Aid as pricing is more affordable.Staff are friendly and are patient with questions.

I showed up to my scheduled vaccine appointment a little early to check in and make sure I knew everything about the new bivalent booster. At the counter an employee brought over the shot and said “we only have Moderna right now”So I asked the difference, something the CDC told me to do. She said “preference.”I ended my appointment based off of the utter lack of effort towards me as a customer and patient. And I said why too, because that just left a bad feeling for me. If I really am going to be met with such carelessness, why should I trust you aren’t careless with the actual shot? I don’t care how many times a day you do this or how you may feel personally about it. The entire approach from the minute I walked in was completely blah, barely looking up or saying a word. All I needed was “I can get someone to talk with you”. Instead, I’m finding another pharmacist who will.

Drive through always closed, 30 minutes to wait in line inside just to pick up your RX and phone etiquette has apparently fallen off now. Not enough staffing to be polite on the phone now? Female who I spoke with did not give her name, but she acted like she needed a Midol. Complete lack of empathy in her tone, overabundance of callus and impatience. Only recommend this place as a last resort. Too many negatives at this pharmacy when there are at least 4 others in town.

So helpful on the phone! Answered in a timely manner and was able to answer all my questions. Really an amazing pharmacy. I know a LOT of people are annoyed with how long it can take to pick-up medication, but this is very normal EVERYWHERE. If they are short staffed, and/or having to cover the majority of Bi-Marts old patients, of course its going to make for longer waiting times. They are doing the best they can, so be kind and have patience. You know that this is most likely going to be how it is… so plan for it! Play a game on your phone while you wait or have a conversation with the person next you. Have your payment ready so that you don’t hold up the line and just be kind, it’s no one’s fault.

Sav-On pharmacy has always been super dependable and fast. I made the move from Walgreens a few years back and couldn’t have been happier. I have recommended this pharmacy to countless people and even convinced both my grandmother and boyfriend to make the switch. Tonight was a different story. (I believe her name is Teresa) should never be allowed to train another employee. Not only was she very rude and unprofessional to me, but the way she treated her trainee was disgusting. She talked down to her, berated her, and treated her like she was stupid. Maybe she doesn’t remember the nerves of starting a new job but she obviously could learn a thing or two about kindness from her trainee. I doubt she was born knowing everything about this particular pharmacy either. For her part, the trainee (and I really wish I had caught her name), was extremely sweet and genuine. She kept her cool very well despite her trainer. I hope she sticks it out because she was lovely!

Renewed my prescription over the phone through the automated system. It was promised for 3pm the following day. I get to the store at 6:30pm the next day and they say it's not ready. I'm three and a half hours after it's supposed to be done. I get a load of excuses and they say they can have it ready in 30 minutes. How the hell does it take 30 minutes to count 30 pills that they should have had ready THREE AND A HALF HOURS AGO!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Rude & Inefficient Just Like The Store Manager; Phone Support is worse sadly. Yes, that industry is fast paced and demanding, HOWEVER, if you can't stand the heat GET THE HECK OUT OF THE KITCHEN!
