If you want to experience dirty sales tricks, this is your place. My friend was given an appointment for 2pm to check out a vehicle (which has been listed for over two weeks) when they had already given an appointment to another buyer for 12:30pm on the same day. Both buyers were present around the same time for the same preowned vehicle, which pressured the first buyers into buying the vehicle at the advertised price. While this is nothing new, it feels like a sales tactic from the past. Someone wasted their fuel, time and money with a baby sitter driving down 40 miles to the dealership. What should have happened is, the sales person should have rescheduled the 2pm appt by calling and updating my friend bout the other buyer. All she got was a "Sorry".

I was helping a neighbor kid look for their first car when we found a deal on a used car here. We agreed to the price online then drove across town to get it.Ed treated us with the respect and professionalism that I receive when buying a car 10x that price. They were upfront about purchasing damage, constant in the price, and I didn't have to worry about sketchy marketplace deals.Definitely recommend you take a look here for first time buyers.

Best car buying experience of my life. (I'm 53.) During the buying process, I worked with Mike and Shannon. There were no pressure tactics, no "good cop, bad cop" routine with the sales manager - just a desire to put me in the right car at a fair price. Kudos also to Carlos, who has followed up to set an appointment to make sure we're getting the most from our new car. Great team here, and they've likely earned my future business as well.

Highly recommend you go to this dealership, and ask for Sam! I went to multiple dealerships looking to trade in and get a larger vehicle. Sam offered me the best deal for my trade in comparison to other larger dealers, and set me up with a sweet new family rig. He even let us throw the carseat in the vehicles we were interested in. He was respectful, answered all our questions, and did not push us. We walked away from this dealership feeling like we genuinely got a great deal. Thank you for setting us up in our 2020 Forester Sam!

The service department here is top notch. Chantel is easily the best service advisor I've worked with at any dealership. She is friendly and professional, has excellent communication, and is an incredible customer advocate. Service has been flexible with scheduling, straightforward with recommendations, and has provided high quality work well within estimated time frames. Loaner cars have been available, clean, and more than satisfactory. Having worked with the service departments at three other area Subaru dealerships, I can confidently say Armstrong is number 1.

We made a long distance purchase, and were continually impressed with the ease, integrity, and kindness of Jackson and everyone at Armstrong Subaru. The vehicle surpassed our expectations and so did the service. My highest recommendation.

We've been taking our Subarus (Forester and Outback) to Armstrong Subaru for service for more than 15 years. It's a true gem of a dealership where we get professional and personalized service from Chantel and the Service team every time (and there are great snacks in the waiting room!) The staff always goes over and beyond to diagnose, troubleshoot and advise on how we can maintain our vehicles in peak form. Yesterday was the first time we've purchased a car from Armstrong, and we were so impressed (although not surprised given all the years of excellent service) with the top-notch customer experience we received from team members, especially Shannon, Chantel, Nick and Devin. Shannon is so personable and knowledgeable about the product that he made buying a new car (2023 Crosstrek in Red Lithium Pearl!) really fun and stress-free. Nick and Devin were lightning quick in helping us hash out the numbers and we got a great trade-in. Chantel (who can be described as "efficiency with a friendly smile") already has our regular service scheduled into 2024! If you're looking for a great hometown buy-local experience, friendly people with lots of know-how, and are in the market for a great car, visit Armstrong Subaru. On a 10-star rating system, I'd Spinal Tap that rating to an 11!

After buying a vehicle from Armstrong Chevrolet the car I purchased had nothing but problems called Armstrong's and made them aware of the many issues I was having with the car. So they had me come in so they could make this right. And they did hat's off to Armstrong Subaru for getting me into the right vehicle for me and making this right. And a special shout-out to Ethan bonnett for his professional and awesome work to getting me into my brand new 2023 Forester. Thank you.

Highly recommend going to Armstrong Subaru! Ethan helped get me into a new car effortlessly and painlessly! I have never gotten a car from a dealership before, have mainly stuck to cheap cars on Craigslist. I had always been hesitant going to a dealership due to not having good credit to start out but Ethan helped me out and got me into a new car within a span of a day! I am beyond grateful for all the help and the expertise of Ethan and the rest of the team at Subaru! They’re definitely a great team to work with!

The buying process at Armstrong Subaru was smooth and efficient. I never felt pressured or rushed in any way. The sales representative Ethan Bonnett at Armstrong Subaru was always available, quick to answer my questions, and address any concerns that I had. They provided me with all of the information that I needed to make an informed decision on buying my car.

Went here to avoid the hassle of buying a used car from a private party. Saw a listing for a used forester that peaked my interest. Went to look at it and it wasn’t detailed had bald tires and a cracked wind shield. Cut a deal based on the condition of the car, shanon was a great. They said they would have it ready in a couple days. Came back, picked up the car after they did a “detailed inspection” drove it home and it started violently shaking. Took it to the mechanic and it had completely shot control arms. Had to pay out of pocket for it. Called them about it and they brushed it off and never got back to me. Not to mention they forgot to send me home with temp tags. They say they do detailed inspections and test drives, but I highly doubt that because this problem is pretty obvious.

I came in a couple of weeks ago looking to trade in my old impreza for a newer model. Ethan handled my sale, and I can just say that buying a car is never fun, but Ethan made it as quick and painless as possible. His customer service skills are too notch! Highly recommend
