Attempted to get help online/customer service representative and they ended up making me lose my cellular data/SOS mode only. I drove to this AT&T store and the worker was able to help me super fast and another person who was waiting for help. Thank you again!

Absolutely outstanding service! My phone was really having issue and we were pretty sure he was only an issue Apple Store could fix. He still went above and beyond to make sure every last thing was attempted before I drove to the Apple Store in Tigard. Was very inviting and explained everything very well. Can’t remember his name but a young guy with medium/long curly blonde hair and glasses. He was awesome, thanks ATT!

Justin is very knowledgeable in Apple products. He is very kind and helpful. He also fixed my phone which had a really old SIM card. Justin is very communicative re new iPhones and other products.

We were trying to fix an issue with a trade in phone they lost. It was only one year old ,we paid it off, 800.,,and they are still charging us for it. Not good.

We just bought new phones from Amazon and brought them in to get help setting up. A very nice fellow by the name of Justin helped us. He had lots of patience and did a fantastic job of getting our phones set up. I can't recommend them enough, especially Justine!

Morgan R. Was amazing and attractive. Morgan made sure I 100% understood what I was asking for and how it was done. Morgan walked me thru every step and answered every question I had and then some. And when Morgan wasn't sure Morgan found out and made sure. Working with Morgan to make changes to my plan and additions was one of the least stressful times I have come in. I went in there to trade in my phone and switch from my old carrier which is cricket . I was told I wouldn’t qualify for the trade in unless I switched phone numbers. I thought was weird because my boyfriend literally just switched over from cricket and was able to trade in his phone and get a new phone without having to get a new number. I wasn’t willing to get a new phone number so I went to cricket and I was telling the guy working what I was told and he told me it was a sales tactic because they don’t make commission off of people switching from cricket unless they get a new number because they share the same towers. Needless to say the girl lied to me and ATT lost out on a new customer all because of the lady working

Why even have a store if the associates can’t do anything than try to up sale you. Can’t get simple things fixed on the account without calling into a phone center.

Everyone was super kind and patient during the long process of buying and setting up a new phone and I was nervous about bringing in my 2 year old but all the employees seemed to love him and treat him as their own and made us all very comfortable. The process was not rushed and I felt so welcomed by everyone. I don't think it could have gone much better! Thank you to everyone.
