they were kind but not helpful. I’m having issues with my account and they seemed to do the bare minimum. however they are very quick and efficient to take deposits but can’t help when there’s transaction issues. It’s concerning that all my money is with them but they can’t help me when I need it. I’m thinking about switching to a credit union where they can actually help me in house and fix my account. I feel this is a management issue because the front desk ladies are always kind

Just closed all accounts today. Past experience in the last 6 months had led up to this. Branch manager overbooked for a 4 pm appointment. This was to open a student account before the 15th promotion. We were asked to wait and then were told that he did not have time for us and wanted to reschedule. This is the second time turned away by this manager. He would not do a notary the week before. This all is a cost to my family as gas is not affordable.Closing accounts as you know if challenging due to all the hassle it takes to change all the needed financial items attached to my closed accounts.

Would not answer the phone !!!! Have called quite a few times because I’m sick and can’t go in and I’m a chase customer. Local branches of banks seem to suck these days

I've used this branch for 11 years now and have been very happy with their service. I'm rather surprised to see the low star rating. I've used a wide range of their services for personal and business banking. They've always been polite and helpful.

Walked into the branch because they don’t answer their phones after 3 tries. Saw 4 staff standing around doing nothing and they refused me a single, one page fax of important financial information. Lousy service. Been with them for 35 years-time to change banks! Bad!!

ATM was finally replaced, but doesn't take deposits, or give cash, etc. So d**** This Chase needs to step it up. It's the only one around here since Newberg decided to close theirs. So frustrating and obnoxious.

No ATM, and no communication to customers about it apparently being stolen several months ago.. didn't even see a sign at the branch last time I visited. How long does it take to replace an ATM? Or to at least communicate the issue? After 10+ years I don't see much reason to stay with Chase and am closing several accounts.

It would have been nice if the local Mcminnville branch notified its local customers that the ATM is not in its place. I am sure it’s not that hard to accomplish.

The entire ATM machine was stolen a month ago and still has not been replaced and while a drive-thru window is appreciated, it's slow as hell.

Yesterday I went to the drive up to get quarters for laundry. I was denied any quarters followed by two reasons. I was shocked that as an account holder I was vehemently denied coin. On a separate occasion, I was scolded at the drive up. I'm done banking there. I no longer expect a basic level of customer service. They continue to disappoint me.

My local Chase has been closed during the plandemic. I visited the McMinnville location and was greeted promptly with a smile under her mask. I’m a complicated customer that needed a bank that would work with me and try to fulfill my banking needs. Needless to say every teller, their supervisor, and bank manager have always aimed to please. I’m keeping Chase as one of my several banks because of the way I was treated in McMinnville. I only hope the Newberg branch can see the value of treating their customers the same way McMinnville does. Thanks for your kindness!

I arrived at a little after 10am with nobody in the branch. I wanted to open a new business account. They couldn't help me until three days later. I already have 4+ Chase accounts (business and personal). You know who helped me open up a new account today? A credit union. Moving my business to a bank that cares.
