the purchasing process was fairly normal but after them sending licensing papers/sales tax to the wrong address they were anything but helpful. it took 91days to license my truck, 4 trip permits, and another check because they calculated sales tax wrong (WA STATE) my truck has sat in my driveway far longer than I've been able to drive it so far. One title clerk was slightly helpful to a degree. they boast "small town" feel for their dealership but I would strongly disagree. gotta love making payments on something you can't drive.

This is the way car buying should always be! Following a horrid experience attempting to purchase a vehicle at Nissan of Portland, I started communicating with the sales team at Chuck Colvin Nissan/Ford on the potential purchase of one of their 2023 Nissan Leafs. Right out of the gate, David Collins offered a fantastic price. When I mentioned that another dealership had come in below David's offer, Rich Germunson, Chuck Colvin's General Sales Manager, not only was able to match it, but beat it by nearly $100. Considering the fact that everyone I spoke with at Chuck Colvin was super responsive and straightforward, I really preferred to purchase from them, so the fact that they were also the lowest offer was the cherry on top. David was out for the holidays when we got ready to make a decision, so he handed us over to Tim Richardson who sent over a quote with all of the final numbers so there were no surprises. Tim treated us like absolute gold from arrival until we drove off the lot in our new vehicle about 2 hours later. Once we were handed off to their Finance Manager, Sean Frith, there were absolutely no games, no attempts to upsell, and he was as pleasant as can be (which was a nice change from past dealerships we've worked with). Chuck Colvin prides itself on being family owned and run, and it really does show. Tim did a wonderful job of showing us the ins and outs of our vehicle and the dealership itself, and welcomed us into the Chuck Colvin family... a family we are happy to now call our own. I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had. It was by far our best auto purchasing experience, and they now have a customer for life.

Great experience from this dealership. I'd drive down from Issaquah Wa again to purchase from them, no hassle, great trade in value and pleasant buying experience.

I very much would like to go negative stars if I could. Sold car in '17 and had 4-5 major issues with the car and its been very painful getting any help from them. They are almost set in making this as difficult as humanity possibly. I asked for management contact info and was told I had to contact the manufacturer (which I've been dealing with for the issues as well) DO NOT USE DO JOT USE DO NOT USE

We stopped in to get our key Fob for our 2016 Titan looked at since it wasn't working. And we were immediately greeted with a kind hello. The gentleman who I didn't catch his name, :( super nice though... offered to test the fob for me... no charge.... and advises me that since it is not reading on the testing device the next step would be visit the parts department for a new battery . The young lady immediately greeted me and said that the gentleman who could assist me would be right there. Was greeted by Dale and he offered to change the old battery out and explained how to test it and walaaaaa it worked like a charm! No cost and pleasant as can be!!! Super happy with our experience today and will make this our a Nissan service place of choice!!! Thank you all for your kindness today!

Even though they seemed to lose my appointment, they were able to get my car in for it's oil change quickly. Interactions were efficient and waiting room was clean.

Longest wait I've ever experienced for an oil change, very little communication, finished with the car but they still didn't talk to us for a long time.The center was confusing, we were redirected from the main doors, as were two other people when we were there. Ended up being moved to 3 different counters.Overall just a lame experience for such a simple service.
