Nice store with a good selection of furniture. Have a section of discounted furniture behind the main store. Occasionally have broken, mismatched items for free. Prices are a bit toward the higher side.

I have only bought one thing from them in the past and it was a bed.They delivered it and took away the old bed for free and brought the new one inside and offered to set it up, which wasn't necessary but it was great that they went above and beyond my expectations.

Great deals & nice local people that support Veterans. I have been happy with all but one purchase; what I thought was leather furniture turned out to be "pleather" and did not hold up long. I love my adjustable bed & mattress & many other items.

I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every interaction with Encore staff!They're professional with an easy-going manner which made me comfortable from the first moment I entered the store.When I had a small issue after delivery of my furniture, delivery staff were sent within hours of my call and the issue resolved!I will be going back to Encore and I will happily recommend them to everyone!

I bought 2 recliners, swiveled and rocked. They weren’t popular. The color was “silver?”. I moved from Mcminnville since. Anyone who enters my home and sits in the chairs remarks how comfortable they are.I would and do recommend all to your wonderful store. Thank you

On the outside of the establishment in the parking lot there was an employee with blonde hair that was yelling slurs at my cousin and he had a bottle of beer in his hand

Bought a great reclining sectional a few weeks ago. Staff is super friendly and helpful, not pushy at all which is refreshing at a furniture store. Alberto was especially kind and helpful. Delivery was cheap and the delivery guys were quick and on time, which also isn’t common with furniture delivery. Only reason for the star deduction is that my husband dropped his phone down a crack on the couch and while retrieving it found tons of trash and food scraps and toy pieces. We weren’t aware we were buying a used couch. It was a great deal and from the clearance selection, but still pretty gross to find someone else’s Cheeto’s and peanuts and toys in there. We don’t have young kids, our only child is 9 weeks old, so definitely not her toys or Cheetos. You’d think if used furniture is sold they’d do a better job cleaning it. Other than the grossness of that, I enjoyed our experience from encore and will probably find other things to furnish our home with from them.

Second sofa I've purchased from them and I've referred many happy customers too! Customer service is top notch, you don't find many places like this anymore.
