I asked for a receipt but never got one. They said they would email me one which is okay I guess but I really would rather them print out a receipt and hand it to me. Other then that it was ok.

Although I was not able to send my package, they were very helpful in trying to figure out what I needed. It would be helpful if they ir any of the drop offs would have a fed ex pick up schedule.

Young lady very helpful, gave good, speedy service when asked for Notary. Helped with the many, varied copies that were needed. Was patient, even with other customers in line and Covid19 careful.
