Absolutely ridiculous service. I spoke very kindly to my nail tech, just explained what I wanted had a couple nails straightened to match the rest, and she told me that I was to picky and to not come back.
I tried to call and talk to the owner, she also told me that I was to picky for pointing out that my nails (like 2) just needed a little bit of straightening.
I guess you cant even talk to your nail tech about what you like and how you want your nails to be done. This is the most ridiculous service I have ever experienced. - I was kind and tried to talk to her why I was there she ignored me when trying to have a conversation. So I just sat there in silence, only thing I asked for was the tiny minor adjustment.

A literal waste of money!
I paid $60 for a deluxe pedicure and the lady performing the service hurried through the motions, half doing everything step, watching the clock the entire time. The first customer that walked in the door she rushed to polish My toes and jumped up leaving me to dry for over 20 minutes before I helped Myself up to the front counter. What should have been minimally a 1/2 hour service in 15 minutes. The polish job was below par. Needless to say it was an overall underwhelming experience.
DO NOT recommend..
Also, the establishment was filthy, the chair they sat me in had dust all over it and ring or stains from someone's cup that had been there before me.
I don't normally complain but this was so disappointing I hope I avoid this happening to someone else.

Sami is an awesome nail tech. Her designs are so good. I like my nails a little bit thicker. So I will surely let her know next time.
Also, I love getting my pedicures here also. The women take their time. Male seems to want to rush through them. He doesn't take his time to even massage the lotion in. I've heard this from several people also.
But I love this little shop. It's so relaxing.

If you want your nail bed damaged go here. I had gel polish. She peeled it off my nails, I cried out in pain and she didn’t stop, then she put a cotton soaked in acetone after she peeled off as much as she could. She used the cuticle nippers to do this. She let my nails soak in acetone for about 1 minute and began peeling again. She peeled off part of my nail bed as I have very thin nails ( the reason I wanted gel polish!) I had warned her before she started that my nails were not thick or strong. Then she wanted a dark polish to cover up my ravaged damaged nail beds. It was the older lady who usually sits in the pedicure area. I’ve never had this happen before. But I won’t be returning here. Also, FYI the little dishes with implements soaking in them have cotton in them. This is not sanitary, and against Oregon sanitation rules for nail salons. This shop is not sanitary. I hope to see better nail care from other places, but I’m not very hopeful. Run from this place!

I just got my nails done here and was visibly upset with how they turned out. I tried expressing how I thought they were too short and the guy said “Well come back in 2 weeks and they’ll be grown out by then.” What?? And on top of that he couldn’t do the design I wanted so I settled for something easier and still got charged for the price of the design. Needless to say I am not happy with my experience. Only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because the lady who did my pedicure was amazing. Drove from out of town too.
