Great customer service and excellent deals on many products. I got a great set of jumper cables, 4 gauge 20 ft long for 30 bucks as of March 2024. According to Jennifer, this particular store is the best (because she works there, lol) It IS a great store. You can choose if it is because of her or otherwise.

Inexpensive tools, the selection of tools now range from value to good/better quality tools. Their Icon line of tools look to be a competitor to Snapon without the price, with quality is high and comfortable to use. Every time i have been to the store they gave good customer service.

Instead of skirting the price tag issues you have, you should explain to new customers how your reward program works. Theres 2 prices, and most customers think one is the regular price, and the other must be a sale price. I had no clue about a rewards program. And to have your employee berate me, and try to make it like Im stupid for not knowing, and walking off saying its "not your fault", will never sit well with customers. I had every intention of spending quite a bit in your store. However...I contacted one of the stores in Salem...am now a price club member, and will drive there to spend my money. Be better to your customers. Especially the new ones who dont know your policies or how your pricing works. Dont treat them like theyrs idiots.
