“Really loved this hotel and the wooded setting right in town (20 minute walk through a quaint neighborhood to downtown McMinnville). It’s set back from the highway so no road noise. The pet fee is very reasonable (such a welcome change from most hotels) and they are very welcoming of well-behaved pets! The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They keep the grounds really clean as well (we saw someone picking up litter in the morning: very much appreciated!) it’s a well run establishment and they clearly take pride in the place. I will return!”

“The Amity Flats are a diamond in the rough. You really couldn’t ask for more accommodating place to stay. Close to wineries and McMinnville. The flats are not your normal “Flat”. It is very well appointed and spacious. Has all the amenities anyone could require. Once you stay there you’ll be back as we will.”

When you book a hotel like the Tributary, you might imagine what the service might be, what the attention to detail looks like, and what being fully attended to looks like, but I assure you the staff at The Tributary exceeds what you might imagine. They will take care of things you did not think you need and treat you like you are the most important part of their day. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!”
