The staff are incredibly friendly and make a great deal of effort to assist you with any personal questions. Their team is relentless when it comes to creating a positive and comfortable banking experience. The biggest concern for most is about their business hours not coinciding with most people’s days off, this can be maneuvered quite easily by making use of mobile banking. If you are not familiar with mobile banking and work a 9-5, you may have struggles finding time to meet with a banker and manage your funds. As my first bank I have had a wonderful experience with KeyBank.

I have used Keybank for years. Each time I needed help with something, they were ready and willing to help. Whether the McMinnville branch or Canby. Both have great helping people. Quick service. Even during pandemic they were super helpful. This time need assistance renewing or reactivating a card. Quickly resolved and on my way.

I've been banking with Key for some years, and I always enjoy the personalized experience at the McMinnville branch. I really appreciate all of the staff support and help in some recent transactions. The McMinnville management team has been especially helpful in navigating the past 1.5 years during economy changes and general needs. Thank you for being there!

I had a great experience with this branch. I recently went in for an appointment to open a new account. The gentleman that helped me out was Tyler. He was incredibly friendly and informative. He lined out all of the options for accounts as well as some financial planning details. This branch does offer some things that others do not. I appreciated the customer service and look forward to handling finances at the branch. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

I can't believe that a bank will not answer the phones. As a customer I should be able to talk with them and not have to make an appointment to do so.

This bank is terrible. They are not open on Saturday or Sunday. They normally always close at 5pm. On top of those inconveniences, the customer service is unheard of. I currently bank through them, and was trying to apply for a credit card at 4:30pm after leaving work early to make it before they close. MIKE is the representative I was dealing with and he was extremely rude and inconsiderate. He would not go over the paperwork with me and kept telling me to come back earlier in the day. I informed him of key banks terrible google review score of 2.5, he replied with "so what, your still here" . . This was the last time I will be inconvenienced and mistreated by this ungrateful corporation.

Absolutely incompetent! We have wasted an entire week securing our loan, now the loan number is nowhere to be found! Now we are having to start over completely with a different bank.

I WOULD NEVER BANK WITH KEY BANK!!!!!Tellers would not cash a check to me from them, without 2 pieces of i.d. I felt racially profiled and offended. Apparently a drivers driver's license is not sufficient any more. Ok second trip in and a birth certificate won't work as a second i.d. I hope to inform all customers or future customers that when you write a check, the person you write it to might not be able to get it cashed

I won't bank anywhere else! Not only do they have great customer service and go above and beyond their jobs but they are genuinely nice people! I've been banking here for around a year now and I've only had good experiences. They hire quality people! I love my no hassle account, no fees! I know I'm taken care of with Key Bank! Thank you everyone for all you do!

Bad customer service, stupid fees and penalties. Worst decision ever to go with this bank. One star is too generous. They don't deserve any. Go somewhere else!
