Broke down on a long trip and called the local jeep dealer for help. 2 days later still waiting for a call. Called Les Swabb ang got Mike on the phone. Got me in right away. Needed a rotor and they had their the next morning and on the road by 10. Couldn't be any nicer or helpful. Fair priced.

Set up an appointment ahead of time for two new tires, as I would have to come in on a lunch break. It was scheduled for 1:30pm. It’s now 3pm and they are telling me it’s still going to be 30 mins before it’s done. Over a dozen people, including walk in people have come and gone. This is grossly horrible customer service and poor communication. Not impressed and very disappointed.
What is the point of setting up an appointment when you don’t commit to times and serve walk ins first. I was polite to all employees and did not throw any attitude but clearly my business and my families business mean very little to you. I will not be recommending you any time soon and will direct family elsewhere.

Best service on a free rotate I've ever received. Brought my truck in for the first time after moving to the area. 1st thing I noticed is the tech who actually ran to my truck to pull it in, haven't seen that at schwab in years. 2nd, I had removed my hub caps because they're old and brittle. I wanted to save them the headache of breaking them. The tech came in and verified I didn't want them to put them back on rather than just doing it and breaking them. Awesome. 3rd, I've had a broken/stripped wheel stud for a while. The tech went ahead and fixed it up and installed a new lug nut for me while he had the tire off.
Talk about service ? thanks for going the extra mile, it really showed. Oh, and the last thing, he even wiped down my wheels! You guys rock! Keep it up.

We got a surprise flat tire, and this Les Schwab had us back on the road without any delay to our schedule! They also found our alignment was a bit off and the tires were close to needing replacement. Definitely coming back for that, and just so thankful for the friendly service-thanks guys!

Don't run out to greet you anymore, but they are vary reasonable and helpful 120% with my disability they're pretty good at doing as much as they can without charging me and my Family has done business with them for years as have it from The Dalles Oregon and Madras Oregon

On this stop I had new shocks put on and they work wonderful. Previous to that I had my four winter tires installed and purchased from them. They worked great! When I lived in Arizona I really missed Les Schwab. Very happy that they're still here to have value and quality along with good customer service ?.

My company has services done by these guys and they work hard to get us back on road. the manager job is a great guy and so are the lady's at the front counter are sweet hearts.

Despite the fact that it was clearly a busy morning for them, they had my tire patched within an hour. Friendly & professional staff. Spacious waiting room. This was my first visit to this Les Schwab location, but I'll definitely be back.
