For any prospective customer of McMinnville Lowes PLEASE do yourself a favor and go elseware. The lack of service, knowledge and general apathy of Lowes employees is palpable. The Manager is a joke. I have nothing nice to say about this store and wish I had started shopping at another box store before I allowed myself to become frustrated with the mere thought of making another trip to this location.
This location is in profound need of renovation!

Requested assistance loading 10 bags of 60# concrete mix. Cashier made request but you guessed it, No One Showed Up!! My husband and I loaded them in our pickup.
When the cashier was made aware of the issue she explained that the helper was helping the lady behind me in line with her fence purchase.
Shouldn’t we have been assisted before her? She was behind us!
Customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority.
Please review your policy with the staff.

I was looking into an aisle that was chained off, but nobody was actually doing anything in it. An Associate saw and asked if needed help. She let me into the aisle and answered some off my questions. Super helpful.

It's a cute little place ok parking easy to find. Staff is friendly.they need more stuff inside but it's a great start. It's growing as we speak.i will come here again and again maybe I'll see you there.

Stopped in for a few hardware items, as always I wound up with a few extra items that were on sale. Even though I don't particularly like Lowe's I prefer shopping at home Depot, this trip was satisfactory. I had received everything that I had needed to shop for.

I don’t understand how you can charge a customer extra for delivery and installation and send them WITHOUT the installation kit for the stackable washer and dryer. Keep in mind we made the purchase in store with help from a sales rep. The delivery people showed up to my home just to tell me they can’t install my brand new washer and dryer, and then they left. Is this what I get for being a rewards member? Terrible customer service? Lowe’s will never be getting my business ever again.

Came here to get 5 support boards for an antique bed with less than a 1/4" wiggle room for placement & a lamp shade. Mateo walked me to the lampshades & then back to show me where to choose the wood & have it cut. Sean was a big help finding the right pieces & cut to my measurements so accurately all 5 pieces fit like a glove. Phew. They were both friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Ty Lowes!
