Amazing to work with, I have had them do several things for me over the years with my trucks and company vehicles. This last time I had them install a tow hitch the back of my truck, very fast and easy-going to work with.

When looking for a mechanic it is difficult finding someone you can trust. I found Mac Auto Pros. They are truly professionals with integrity. They care about the customer experience. From Melissa welcoming you with a smile and her extensive knowledge of automobile troubleshooting to the techs Alan, Kevin and Levi who obviously love what they do because they are honest. Anytime a mechanic looks at your vehicle for a service you think you needed then suggest to you that you don't need that service and explain why you don't need that particulate service, then don't charge you for that advice clearly says they are not wanting to just take your money but would rather you know that you can trust them with needed repairs to your vehicle when you need them. I can't say enough about Mac Auto Pros when it comes servicing your vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for mechanics you can trust with 5 star service!!!

Took my Dad's Suburban in to have the back door fixed since it got stuck when I licked it and a clip in the door broke. Was a relatively easy fix and didn't cost a lot despite the door having to be taken apart. I highly recommend this place for your mechanic. They only had the vehicle for about 2 hours. I also had them do the oil change on my Mustang which needs to be done again and it was about half the price of Valvoline. Check them out.

So far I have nothing but a great experience with the work they did on my car.. very friendly an they go out of their way to get to know me, they listen when I talk and everything they said would get done happened, with no hidden agenda!! Not to mention that I have talked to about 6 or more other shops, an they gave me the best quote, so they even saved me money ?% I will not be shopping anymore this is the only shop I'm going to trust .. They are bad ppl bad service they will hands down rip u off ur money and not even do the job they where supposed to .I do not recommend them at all I will never go back. Once they get there money they wouldn't even fix the shit they did wrong with my car . So now I have to pay someone else to fix there mess up .. I wouldn't even gave them a star but it wouldn't let me leave a comment

My truck wouldn't start Sunday morning 11/20 at 0830 and it wasn't the battery. Monday I did what I could and decided it needed a repair shop. Tuesday 0915 11/22 I had the local AAA tow company take it to Mac Auto Pros. Melissa, who is a total JOY to be around, said she would let us know later in the day what they found. They called at 5PM and said they would look at the starter in the morning and go from there. At 0915 11/23 they called and said it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Mac Auto Pro had it for 24 hours and put it back on the road. They got the truck 11/22 and fixed it 11/23. Our local Nissan dealer wouldn't even see me until 12/07. Here's the cool part. Mac Auto Pros could have said anything and charged anything. (Relative to the problem) but what they found was a broken bracket and charged 45 dollars. I've never been there but I will definitely go back. And did I say Melissa is a total JOY ?
