Had a storage unit set up with the facility. Paid a prorate for the last two weeks of September in order to hold the unit for my move-in date of September 30th. Arrived with my movers on the afternoon of September 30th and checked in with the front office (Employee Whitney). Whitney provided me with my personal gate code for access to the unit. When we went to open the gate, the code did not work. Tried multiple times. Finally had to call their after hours emergency line as the office had closed. Spoke with someone who said they would send the issue to dispatch. Half hour later the access code had been activated as this small detail had been neglected. Gate code should have been activated the day I first started paying for the unit. My movers were waiting around for about 45 mins at $265/per hour. Today I contacted the office at the facility to communicate the issue and to request compensation for the time my movers were unable to work. Spoke with Angelina who stated that all she could offer was 20% off of of my next months rent. I said that this was unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager or owner. She then stated that she was part owner. After going around and around with her, she then offered to credit me the small prorate that I had paid last month ($54) and said that was all she would offer and that she normally wouldn’t even compensate that much. She stated that they are running a business and can’t be just giving money away. She then stated that she did not care how much my movers cost per hour. I offered to provide the invoice from the moving company with the details of cost. They have cameras at the facility and would therefore be able to see how long we were waiting around.I called her out for having poor customer service. She then stated that I need to realize that “the world doesn’t revolve around me and to get over it.” I said that was a very unprofessional thing to say to a customer since without customers, you aren’t receiving a paycheck. She did not care. I said that I would like to resolve this issue amiably and that if she was not willing to do this (I told her that the right thing to do would be to compensate me for the 45 minutes that my movers were on the clock unable to work), that I would take additional steps as the mistake was not on me, but on them for not having my code activated when it should have been. She stated, “Erin, if that’s what you feel you need to do, go ahead.” Awful, awful customer service and indifference from the “part owner.” She also stated that “technology issues happen and that people make mistakes.” She then said that they have technology issues often and that there is just no way around that as it happens sometimes. After every excuse in the book, I finally tired of trying to talk sense to an individual who obviously does not know how to run a business properly and accepted the small amount of compensation (again, $54). If I was able to empty my storage unit and move everything to a different storage business, I would. Alas, that would mean hiring movers again and more money wasted. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Very affordable, especially for 2 young adults in their early 20's! Customer service is amazing, the people working here are very kind and patient! Even the smallest storage unit is very spacious but also very affordable! Love these units and recommend 110%!!

They are rude and they will scam you also they and not clean either there are mice they dont clean one day I was at my unit and there was a trash can with a human p*** in it and another time there were people literally drilling out locks to other peoples units yes they do have camera on the out side of the facility but they do not on the inside of them and also the managers will lie to so put it this was I was getting ready to move out I put my 10 days notice in and it was on

They were ok, very nice when I signed up and was told the units was environmentally controlled for heat and humidity. All they had was a heater and very high humidity. Several belongings damaged from mold.
