There is never anyone at the counter. I only go here when I need to and most of the time I leave whatever I was going to get at the front desk and walk out from waiting too long. Never have this issue with NAPA or AutoZone.

I have been on hold for over 48 minutes. I tried the website first. Entered all the information for my vehicle. Did a search for a fuel filter. It only gave me generic in line filters. I tried several times to no avail. I realize they are short staffed like everyone else and busy being a Saturday afternoon. How long is it acceptable to remain on hold? My suggestion is, fix your website so people can search and order on line. That would be much more convenient. Today, 1 star for extremely poor customer service. Good luck, I am headed up the street. They answered the phone with a 3 minute hold.
