Joined and started using in early February and was impressed how clean the facility was and friendly the staff was. Glad it isn't really busy during the day. Have had some great interactions with Jessi, who is always friendly and seems to really care about how the gym looks and operates. She seems to always be on the go and listens to repair requests and keeping things clean and operating. I hope Planet Fitness corporate reads these and gives bonuses/kudos to great employees! Glad I did the black card, as it is really a good deal when you take all the benefits into account.

We've been going to this location for about 4 months now. The staff is friendly and helpful. The club is always clean. The equipment is almost always in good repair but ones that aren't seem to get fixed quickly.

I visited my grandma this past week and a half and I gymed everyday! It’s probably one of the best planet fitness’s I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, open, and the employees are nice!Even fell in love with an employee there ? Anyway, 10/10 experience and I definitely will return when i visit again :))

Nice gym. Cleaner than most that I’ve been do. Good selection of equipment. I especially like the Hydro massage chairs.

Nice selection of equipment is the upside, but doesn't outweigh the negatives associated with the business and environment.Billing issues, inability or no desire to deal with bullying of the elderly, huge staff turnover with an outstanding and uncanny ability to hire for off the charts rude demeanor in new employees. Sheer inability to use strength equipment for hours at certain times makes the whole package a 1 because can't be rated lower.

I was going to start a membership iat tourt gym in the town I live in & then I saw a video of your staff throwing the 10yr old child of a paying member of your gym out of your gym for using the rest room. I'm very confused. Why would your staff behave like that I'll have to find a new gym. I can't five money to a buisness that operates like that. How disappointing

besides technical issues they upgraded all their workout equipment, and besides the tanning rooms always having Kleenex in them to my knowledge ive never seen them cleaned maybe they do this during closing but should be cleaned in between each individual. Always worth downloading app to see how pact it is and easy check in. Staff is usually helpful. You do need a checking account to sign up and to cancel has to be in person just a heads up.

Your add say's open 24 hours when you sell a membership then come to find out open 7to 7 on weekends my math is 12 hours so maybe if you cant get it together you need to offer refunds, or have the manager get off there ass and open the place up.

I see the staff working hard to keep the facility clean and operational. Modern fitness equipment, plenty of air circulation and lighting. This is a strong 5 stars from me, as long as there isn't another "face diaper" requirement.

Worst customer service experience in years. Company policy is in-person cancelation I attempted to cancel my membership during covid and they we're unavailable to cancel or provide services and were unwilling to cancel my membership while I was a on military deployment in 2020.Their policies are deliberately difficult to navigate to discourage people from canceling.
