I used to be very satisfied with this pharmacy , but now I am nothing but absolutely annoyed. Yesterday I called in my prescription and they said it would be ready in an hour- This was at noon that I called and I said absolutely no worries- I don’t get off work until five, I’ll be there at six to pick it up. When I got off work at five, I called to verify that it was ready because I hadn’t received a text message, They said it’ll be ready in 30 minutes- I work 45 minutes away- So I told them I would be there in 45 minutes…. when I get there, their drive-through is closed- so I drive around to park, Go inside , Wait in A long line- Then when it’s finally my turn to get there - now well over an hour since she told me it’ll be 30 min- They tell me it’s gonna be another 30 minutes!?! I worked a 10 hour day and I don’t want to wait in their store for 30 more minutes for a prescription that Was supposed to be filled hours ago!! So I go home knowing I will have to come tomorrow after work to get my prescription- And the second I walk in my door, I got a text that it’s ready…. five minutes after I left there!?! Now it’s the next day and I’m trying to come in at 7pm to pick Up my prescription- and there’s a hand written sign on the door that they had to close early at 5pm today… When they are supposed to close at 9 o’clock at night!?! This office is just ran so unprofessionally. What are working people Supposed to do to get their prescriptions!?! I don’t even get off work until after five!?! They’re supposed to be open for FOUR more hours and now I’m going to go another day without my prescription because of sheer laziness on their part. I will wait to pick up my prescription yet again till tomorrow night… Since it’s already been filled- But then I will be contacting my doctor and letting them know I have to Change my pharmacy. Because this one is just so unbelievably unreliable

They have issues with honoring posted discounts within the store.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. They take days to fill a prescription sometimes. Going in person for your script doesn’t get it filled any sooner, fyi.
Today at 1pm I came by for a script that was sent by my ophthalmologist this morning. I was told I would have to wait until after their lunch break for my prescription for my inflamed eye to be filled. There were no other patients there at that time. This was half an hour before they closed for lunch from 1:30-2pm. I was told 2:45 is when I could expect it. I asked if there was any way I could get it sooner and was told no. All I could do was cry and go back home. 5 minutes after I got home I get the text that it’s ready, leaving me no time to get back there before they closed for lunch. Meanwhile, my eye is so severely inflamed, red, and angry to the point I can’t even keep my eyes open in daylight due to the pain.
So why was I sent away and told there was no way of getting it sooner just for it to be filled so quickly after I left? That seems unnecessarily cruel.

Was delivering a DoorDash order the pharmacist had placed, went straight to the window as all I was doing was dropping off her food order and was met by a grumpy customer who thought I was cutting in line and I explained I was just dropping off some food and to which the pharmacist herself in a rude manner told me I had to wait in line behind the customers picking up prescriptions so I could hand her the food….. I had multiple orders so I simply left the food by the main pharmacy door on a table and informed her via message that her food was there. Anyone who has been to the pharmacy knows that waiting in line would take a while. She proceeded to give me a bad rating

Service at the pharmacy is ridiculously slow. For the short time I've been getting my meds here, I've absolutely been irritated by the slowness of the pharmacy. I won't be coming back here.

I’ve been going to Rite Aid in McMinnville for years. Best pharmacy and store that provides prescriptions. I’ve lived in a lot of places over the years and the store for exceeds my personal expectations for customer service, which are considered high by most people that know me

They don't have enough workers back in the pharmacy department there's always a long line they have a drive-thru but it's usually closed because you're not enough people working

It says they are open at 7am but they never are! There’s always a handwritten sign saying they will open at 9am. I came here at 7:05.

They never pick up the phone no matter how many times you call the pharmacy

It seems that a week and a half is an average for getting a prescription filled. I wish they would advise people of this fact instead of being high dudgeon when people are concerned with how long people have to wait for medicine. Pharmacies are no longer trusted or reliable. Rite Aid is not serving the community at all. I look forward to some lickspittle from Rite Aid replying to this review with some meaningless apology. Don't bother. Instead why don't you hire more people, pay them a living wage and actually serve this community.

NEVER anyone to help at the drive up pharmacy window. I'll wait for 5+ mins. Press the call button and everything. Disappointing, no issues with other Rite Aids.

The only issue I have is them not answering the phone. I already called customer service about it and they tried and were on hold for 30 minutes. He told me they are issuing flu and Clovis shots so no one is able to answer the phone. As someone who has worked in a short staffed field it’s no excuse to ignore the phones. It won’t allow me to refill stimulants using the system and have to talk to someone in person, but I can’t do that if they don’t answer the phone. I could go there in person but I live in Carlton so it’s not like it’s really convenient for me do that. Please get it together

So frustrating to have this pharmacy you spend hours trying to get ahold of someone in the pharmacy and I understand they are short staffed but when people need to get their prescription ready and try to call it’s basically impossible hopefully they can get the much needed help if you don’t have them as a pharmacy then don’t and if you do I would recommend finding a new one unless you like having to spend hours on the phone trying to get your prescriptions it’s so frustrating and ridiculous worst pharmacy I’ve ever had and no shade to the few employees they have I understand the stress you guys have to deal with I work in customer service also it’s hell having to work short staffed 24/7
