I have never in all my life been treated with so much disrespect and racism as I was here and I’ve always liked this Ross and grew up Here. I’ve never heard anyone tell someone not to be on the phone in the changing room when I was talking in a normal tone it’s not my fault the changing room has an echo to it. I’m the only black person in the whole entire store. Just trying to shop. Lady said several people had said something when I’ve literally heard kids yelling, screaming, and I’ve never heard them reprimand or tell them to be quiet. when I myself have heard echoes and I’ve heard people being on the phone before, but I’ve never heard them tell them to be quiet or get off the phone so as a black woman, what gives them the audacity to do that to me when I’m the only black person in the changing room area at the moment. And not only that the Room lady was so rude, especially during Black History Month. I am so disappointed, and so disgusted by the attitude she gave me. Will not be coming here for a long time

Was not impressed. The store had a lot of empty spots. Stopped in to look for a new purse and left without anything. They need to get more merchandise in looked very bare to me.

Awful design when it comes to checking out and getting your items to your car. You can't take the carts outside, which I understand to a degree, but when you sell large items including furniture, there should be some rethinking. Even mildly large items just get shoved into a weak paper bag (mine broke in the parking lot) or they hand it to you. Then you have to make multiple trips in and out of the store because we weren't built with 9 hands and again, cannot take the carts outside. I don't trust leaving my purchased merchandise at the front doors of the store so I can bring a folding chair to my car. Just annoying.

Holiday shopping can be busy but upon walking the store making my way to the cologne section what seemed to be the manager was glaring over our shoulders in a very uncomfortable manner, it kinda made me feel like she was starring at me thinking I was going to steal but no she was in fact starring over at the register probably thinking they were going to steal, the lady’s behavior creates a bad atmosphere and not a very good look to the store.

It's a Ross Dress for Less. I don't expect it to be some posh place. They have a huge variety of everything, what can I say? One thing I don't like is that you can't take your cart to your car. So if you have a lot of things, you have to go get your car and park it in front of the store. I hate doing that. Lately, I have noticed there are very few cashiers and the line has been extremely long quite a few of the last visits. Enough to where I realized I didn't need my items that badly. I know that may not be the store's "fault," so I'm just mentioning it for now. I have always been greeted kindly and gotten happy, helpful employees. I do like that it's a place you can go for affordable clothes, bedding, electronics, etc. They have a variety of your cheaper, lesser quality clothes and also the higher end brands as well.
