Employees act like they don't know anything.I hardly ever see any shoppers in there, so I am unsure how they're staying in business.Girl at the copy department was very kind and helped me run the machine for important documents. Thank you!Expensive products.I do like that they take the used ink cartridges back and put them on your account as credit. Thank you for that!

We purchased a HP Smart Tank 7300 printer about a month ago as ours finally died. It does not work. We have had two technicians in (at our expense) and wasted a month's time. Staples of course would not take it back. After hours on line and in person with HP help desk they decided to replace it. We are now waiting for the shipping label to return it. They will then send us a new one. Complete disaster.
