One star because there isn’t a minus stars. I had to change my payment information. Went into this store and had the sales person there update my account information. My payment is now past due? They tried to sell me a new phone. Don’t think I will be buying anything from Verizon. I call the store; they don’t answer the phone.

Verizon sent me a text saying I would get 800 bucks for my phone for a trade. Went to store they said only 440 so I called corporate to complain and I got the phone for free stopp buy phones from this store buy from Verizon directly so you get your full trade in and better service isn't the first issue I've had with this store over the years just final straw

Please ask for Allison!!! I had a HUGE problem with my phone not working and she fixed it quick & efficiently.. this was my BEST experience at a cellular Verizion .. shout out to Kayla as well! She took the care & time to get my dads phone set up and help me reset.

I'm a delivery driver for hello fresh foods when while on my route my cellphone charger cigarette lighter power source quit and this Verizon store went way overboard in allowing me to charge my phone and battery pack for an hour so I could return to work and finish my route. I give them 5 stars for outstanding service for strangers. Clean store, fresh cold water, professional service that I could tell. And hinted if I needed service in future to please come back.

McKenna provided the best customer service I have received from any retail store in the past year! She really went above and beyond to ensure our unique needs were met and always with a smile and with the care you would hope a sales rep would provide to their family member. I highly recommend this store and wish I could give McKenna a raise ?

Polite staff. Helped us download our pictures from a cross country trip. She assured us they had all transferred. We should have checked ourselves, because most pictures were lost and all the pictures from our trip were gone. We came back and our old phone. data had already been cleared. My husband was furious, but we didn't double check so it's on us too.On a positive note the same person saved us a lot of money on our bill. She saw we were paying more than necessary. Luckily, I took pictures on our trip as well. So, we still had tones from our cross country trip.My only suggestion is: remember they can only do so much at this site and you may have to go to an Apple Store, or buy a new phone. Also, humans are fallible, so double-check your phone to make sure you are satisfied and your data is secure before you leave. Lastly, be nice they can only do so much.
