They are probably understaffed which is management's fault but still: Long waits, almost impossible to get on the phone and the website doesn't work for renewing prescriptions. And they all have lunch at the same time so they literally close for half an hour in the middle of the day. You do know that most businesses take meal breaks in shifts, right?

Not all the staff members are nice and the ones who are don't stay around for very long.Pharmacy wouldn't take my insurance.Newberg location had the things I was looking for but not the McMinnville one. Traveling is difficult for me right now and Newberg doesn't have any buses running in town. Just inbetween towns.

I would give them a negative 5 stars if possible. The lines are constantly 30 minutes plus wait. Phones are at minimum 1.5hrs to get through to a person. The employees are beyond rude. They shouldn't be giving out tests or vaccines. When they can't be officiant or help people with their prescriptions. Which should be top priority. Literally the worst experience every month.

My experience with them has been terrible.they just can't get it together.wallgreens couldn't mess up my prescriptions any worse than they are.They've dropped the ball big time.

I KNOW you guys and Gals are doing the, 'BEST" you can, with the few employees you have now! I just wish that people would understand that it isn't YOUR FAULT, as Corporate is doing the "BEST", they can to get more employees!!! SO, GIVE EM' A BREAK!!!

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Waited in line for almost an hour while no one helped us and then we got skipped by the covid vaccine line. I will never go to this pharmacy again.

They closed the pharmacy weekends without notifying anyone. Now my emergency prescription is stuck in their system with no one to fill it. They can't even transfer it to another Walgreens.

I understand they’re short staffed and pharmacies in general are having staffing issues but this has gotten out of hand. After being out of one of my medications for a week with no word on when it’ll be ready, I asked my doctor to send it to another pharmacy. Walgreens had already run it through my insurance despite not filling it so I had to use GoodRX instead of my insurance. I didn’t cancel it here and a week later I still had no word on it. I’m lucky it’s not one of my medications that majorly impacts me if I miss it for a week and that I could get it elsewhere! During that time a few others were sent in and none of them were being filled and I wasn’t given a time frame for when they would be. I ended up cancelling all of my prescriptions and sending them elsewhere, which is a major inconvenience as I can’t drive.Their phone system is also terrible. More often than not I’ll be on hold for an hour or more. Multiple times I’ve gotten to the point where it’ll say there’s one caller ahead of me, then it’ll stop saying there’s anyone ahead of me but nobody will pick up and it’ll hang up on me when I’ve gotten to the two hour mark. The first time this happened it prompted me fill out a survey rating my satisfaction with the help I never received before it hung up on me.

Nothing wrong with Newberg Walgreens...in fact they are great.....they filled my Rxs in 30 minutes! Walgreens McMinnville, on the other hand, didn't have them all ready in 5 days...plus they closed the pharmacy on a Saturday!!!

The longest wait over 1 and 1/2 hours in the drive through fallowed by the worst customer service I have ever had. We will not fill this RX because we don't have it and have a waiting list for it when it comes in. We will not fill this RX because we can't read how many you are suposto receive, and we will not fill this insurance won't cover it. Did not offer to let me pay for it. I received 1 out of 5 RX they filled 1 for my mother who had hip replacement surgrey I guess she did not need her meds.

Literally the worst pharmacy experience of my life! On 5/28/22 I called to have my 2 very important meds transferred to the McMinnville location, I made it very clear I needed them tonight I was told"no problem, come in at 5:30 pm." I wait at the drive through window for 20 mins, to then be told " They're not ready, and I highly doubt, in the 7 mins before we close, that we can fill your meds" I said I was told it would be ready and I have to have them tonight" So I go in to wait in line, where I overhear her, (the large blonde technician), making fun of me to the pharmacist. She didn't know that I came into the store. She was lying and saying that I had yelled at her. Somehow they were able to fill my prescription in 7 mins, but only because I was standing there. That ridiculously rude girl should be working at Walmart or Dollar Store, she has no business working anywhere near healthcare, or really humans in general, she doesn't care about anyones health or wellbeing. If it was my story, I would be embarrassed to have her representing my store.

Why can’t you fill a prescription without me going into the store and prodding you into filling it? I shouldn’t have to waste my lunch hours convincing you to do your job. Its been several months since you took on the BiMart prescriptions. You should have it figured out by now. Having to wait more than 36 hours for you to fill an antibiotic Rx is negligent. I had to go into the store 3 times before I got them. I am sick, and could die without the antibiotics. Your system is broken.
