I've been using Walgreens Photo for years and will continue to do so. Sure stuff gets messed up sometimes but they have always made it right without changing me more. I've done cards, photos, books, posters etc. when I've been disappointed it's usually the photographer's fault (me) not them.

This location does not have public restrooms. As a person who works outside an office or building and is driving around all day, I rely on public restrooms, therefore I refuse to spend my money anywhere that does not offer its customers this courtesy, whether I needed to use the restroom or not.

Not all the staff members are nice and the ones who are don't stay around for very long.Pharmacy wouldn't take my insurance.Newberg location had the things I was looking for but not the McMinnville one. Traveling is difficult for me right now and Newberg doesn't have any buses running in town. Just inbetween towns.

They closed the pharmacy weekends without notifying anyone. Now my emergency prescription is stuck in their system with no one to fill it. They can't even transfer it to another Walgreens.

My experience buying two propane exchanges was both amusing and somewhat offensive.I feel for the cashier who seemed new to the workforce…I don’t so much feel for the management that made a scene out of me just trying to get some propane for my fire pit.Even if this Walgreens is the only place that can keep propane in stock, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.One of the managers felt it necessary to assert that I “still have to pay for an exchange” when I had been very clear all along that’s what I was trying to do.I’m hard of hearing, maybe I wasn’t speaking clearly and that threw off the cashier. I don’t know!What I do know, is that sort of thing shouldn’t matter, and I shouldn’t have left feeling like my transaction was some kind of nuisance.

The longest wait over 1 and 1/2 hours in the drive through fallowed by the worst customer service I have ever had. We will not fill this RX because we don't have it and have a waiting list for it when it comes in. We will not fill this RX because we can't read how many you are suposto receive, and we will not fill this insurance won't cover it. Did not offer to let me pay for it. I received 1 out of 5 RX they filled 1 for my mother who had hip replacement surgrey I guess she did not need her meds.

Literally the worst pharmacy experience of my life! On 5/28/22 I called to have my 2 very important meds transferred to the McMinnville location, I made it very clear I needed them tonight I was told"no problem, come in at 5:30 pm." I wait at the drive through window for 20 mins, to then be told " They're not ready, and I highly doubt, in the 7 mins before we close, that we can fill your meds" I said I was told it would be ready and I have to have them tonight" So I go in to wait in line, where I overhear her, (the large blonde technician), making fun of me to the pharmacist. She didn't know that I came into the store. She was lying and saying that I had yelled at her. Somehow they were able to fill my prescription in 7 mins, but only because I was standing there. That ridiculously rude girl should be working at Walmart or Dollar Store, she has no business working anywhere near healthcare, or really humans in general, she doesn't care about anyones health or wellbeing. If it was my story, I would be embarrassed to have her representing my store.

This pharmacy will not fill necessary prescriptions timely. They don't answer the phone. The drive thru lines are long and they just don't care. My 92 year old relative cannot get his meds for a respiratory illness from these jerks. Called in by Dr on Sat am, went to pick up Sat night. 40 min wait in drive thru. No meds, said they won't be ready until Sunday. Called. Pharmacy tech said not ready and put us on hold for a chat with pharmacist to discuss status. We got hung up on after a 31 minute hold and a customer service survey. Called back, can't get anyone on the phone to even transfer the meds to another pharmacy who is willing to get the meds for a sick 92 year old gentleman. What is wrong with Walgreens? Pretty much everything.

While laying at home dying from Covid with a fever of 103 my husband went to Walgreens for me to pick up my prescribed medication and a nebulizer. They gave him the medicine but said they cannot give him the nebulizer because the prescription did not specify it. Which it actually did since it was the second pharmacy as Albertsons was out of the medicine. Not only this it's technically legal in Oregon for the pharmacist to describe approved medicines and devices so they could have given me the nebulizer had they wanted to. Thank God I had a friend that had one that made an hour drive to bring me this! They told my husband since it he could come back the next day and try again and he said what if she's dead by then? She cannot breathe!. We felt it was completely crappy customer service. They did not even try:( It's a conspiracy and the biggest load of BS ever !!!

Walgreen's taking over by Bi Mary's prescriptions has made the traffic on the highway a nightmare. Traffic blocks the lane on the highway, people cannot get in and out of the driveway it is an absolute cluster. Fix it you will loose tons of customers. Police have been called on multiple occasions due to this. Dangerous and needs to be addressed ASAP!!!
