Went in and waited for someone to help me for over an hour and a half, I was given an estimated wait time of 30mins. I waited because to me it was important to get helped that same day. Once Cassandra was free she got us in but, said something was going on and had to call to figure out the issue. She wasn’t able to help me and said she would give me a call back. She called back and left a voicemail to which I called her right back within a min. The manager Rodrigo took my call and said she was busy so, I left a message for Cassandra to call me back. A week passed by and no call so I reach out again and the manager answered my call again and I told him I had given him a message to pass on to Cassandra and Cassandra never called me back…and it had been a week. He said he passed the message and that Cassandra wasn’t in that day. Shortly after that call with the manager, Cassandra reached out trying to get me in that same day. They only tried to help because I was very pushy and was a little upset at their lack of customer service. The manager is not very nice, and finds an excuse for everything. I will be closing my account.

I love going in to this Wells Fargo. Everyone here has been fantastic. They are all very nice and helpful. After reading what one person wrote. I had to speak up and say are you sure it was in McMinnville. I come in weekly.

Never coming back to this branch. Not only is the staff disrespectful but the manager as well! How can you have someone run as a manager who does not know what customer service means. I don’t know what their values are as Wells Fargo employees. But they suck and I’m going to make sure to spread the word on how they treat people at this location!

consistently the worst service I have ever experienced.From the top down.Notice the other disparaging reviews.I have never seen so many 1 stars anywhere.If W.F.had any concern for customer satisfaction they would have replaced branch management long ago.The only reason I have any dealings with W.F.is I am POA for elderly family who have accounts there

All I can say is THANK YOU. You are a lifesaver. I was running around desperately trying to find a solution to send a reliable bank wire for an emergency family situation. I've been banking with another bank for nearly 12 years, and I went in this morning waiting for the door to open at 9am, only to be told they could not help me and could not do anything for me until tomorrow (and that was even a maybe.) I even explained the urgency of the situation. I scrambled for ideas and went to Wells Fargo and I'm just going to say the moment I walked in (even though there appears to only be two staff working) I was greeted and kindly asked what I might need help with. I explained the situation and said I can wait as long as needed to see someone, and I was promptly helped in between the other folks in line. Long story short I was so impressed with their service and was able to get the wire out quickly and safely. So happy I decided to open an account with this branch in McMinnville. Might just become my new bank!

The staff are always very helpful every time I stop Im, whether it be to cash a check, look at a loan, or just withdraw from my account. I've always had a good experience and I have banked with Wells Fargo for about 15 years. So, they do great job! Keep it up guys!

I have banked with Wells Fargo for 20 years. And I actually worked for a branch as a teller. This branch has surprised me on how long it takes to get transactions done. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to deposit a check. And this is not the first time. This actually happens every time I come in. This is unacceptable.

Unbelievable do they need to hire more people or what a drive-through experience with maybe one car ahead of you takes at least 20 minutes isn't the lobby opened can they ever get enough people to help the poor people working the drive through just editing my post it won't let me do zero stars because the service is so horrible that's what I want no stars!

They seriously need more help. Waiting in a line for 45min to get help when only 4 cars are in the drive thru is absolutely insane. They also ask you to speak out loud all your personal information even when you've already provided photo ID and proper documentation, and there are homeless people autosomal the area and walking through constantly.

Getting access to the parking lot is subpar and the system is slow. However, there is rarely a line, so access is not usually an issue.
