Hard pressure to apply for 50 minutes. Would not run my application until I gave my banking info. Said I had to give banking info right now or wait until next year to apply again. Would not let me review anything or talk it over with my wife tonight and call back tomorrow.Felt like I was at a used car lot.

The staff is extremely unhelpful. I asked for some services to be put in writing. Because of my disabilities. They refused and said we don't do that.
