AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care was fantastic. The service was fast and professional. Most importantly, I feel like I can trust them. I went in thinking I needed clutch work, but turns out I had a much less expensive problem they fixed. I have the original clutch at 77,000 miles and they could have convinced me to do the work now, but instead told me my clutch may be good for another 30,000 + miles. I would definitely take my car back to them!

These guys are excellent. They rebuilt my transmission and it runs like new, also did a post service free inspection later and came through again. They found a couple things my other mechanic had done that were going to really mess me up and fixed those too. And they fixed my seatbelt. Super professional, good communicators, and kind and personable. What more can I say. They’re great!!

After being manipulated and treated poorly by other car businesses in this Valley… Finding Max at AAMCO in Medford is a blessing. His calm demeanor and patience in explaining this $6500 dollar repair($8000 elsewhere) and his willingness to work with the warranty/insurance companies himself… Has earned them a lifelong customer. Just dropped off my 2014 F150 with chunks of metal in my pan and TCC failure, and I am confident it is in the right hands! 🙌 thank you

**UPDATE**
Got my truck back faster than expected. It runs better now than it ever has and Max fought hard for me to get the warranty company to do the right thing, and they did 😁 Thank you again Max and team! I am a lifelong customer because of this

Took my Honda in for what I thought was a transmission going out. They inspected the car and said the transmission was fine and that I needed a front left hub bearing. What a breath of fresh air to find an honest place. I will have no issue bringing my car back for future repairs.

Ok, real simple here!!! This place is AMAZING!!!! Don't remember his name, but the person we dealt with every step of the way was the best. He called us at every turn. He went to bat for us with our warranty company, and because of him, we only had to pay the small deductible. Look, HE SAVED US 4 GRAND!!!!! I will be taking my truck back here for all future repairs, period!!! You don't have to deal with that thought of "is this mechanic gonna be shady?", which I know firsthand a lot of people think about. This place is honest and won't try to get you to pay for something that's not needed! Don't know what else to say. I will be going back there!!!

Great service, freandly pei0le Max was great on keeping us informed of the progres of our repairs. They have an in-house transmission specialist.... that is something hard to find. They went through my transfer case and rebuilt my transmission on an 2006 F250 in about a week. Great company, great people who enjoy their work, that is hard to find these days. I will definitely be returning to have my dana 44 rebuilt in my Jeep.. and I don't let just anyone work on Jeep....

My family owns a 1993 Beaver Coach Motor Home. On a recent vacation out of state, the transmission went into limp mode (only 3rd gear to get us down the road). It eventually wouldn’t move at all. I called numerous repair mechanics in both Oregon and Northern California, and no one wanted to touch it until I called AAMCO of Medford. They calmly helped us arrange a tow, and they made time and space at their shop to evaluate the problem. From there on out, AAMCO stayed in contact with us every day with updates, expenditures, and finally a prognosis. They went far and above to make sure their prognosis was correct, they worked with their contacts in Medford to test certain parts, and they fixed the transmission issues in record time at a very reasonable price. Their customer service is exemplary, and highly knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of transmission work.
