Juan and Toby helped me with my deliveries and they went above and beyond to deliver and help. Im super thankful! They are nice and professional. I've rented a few things from Aarons and im happy with the furniture and with the service I've received from the staff. Thank you!

I recently rented, to purchase, a new washing machine through Aarons in Medford. As always, wonderful customer service. I wanted to write this review to highlight the two men who delivered the washing machine. Juan and Toby were excellent! Juan went out of his way to help me when installing the machine. They were both professional and honestly felt like I had family over. Brought some joy to my day as they were cheerful, even at the end of their busy day. It was a breath of fresh air. So again, I'm so glad I went back to Aaron's in their new Medford location. Can't recommend them enough.

After my second visit to the store and after I had been approved I was trying to decide what model and it was close to closing time there was only one employee in there she drank some kind of energy drink and she finally got out of pocket she made comments she asked me if I was actually was at homeless or did I have a place I stayed and she said that I better make sure I can afford the item I choose is she also told me that there's no appliances in the box to not steal them she said they were empty anyways she was cursing claiming to be to be superio to other employees when in fact last time I was there she was barely starting her training. She made mention of moving to Texas next week so maybe she didn't care about her job no more we were seriously considering cancelling our order

Called on Black Friday to see if they had a Nintendo Switch, was told they do have one and asked if they would hold it for us. Went to pick it up today to only find out they in fact did not have one.

John is an atrocious manager and human being in general. The fact corporate took over the store and moved the building should show he can't make money for the company. His attitude is gross and condescending. He's abusive in a petty sneaky weak way. You're also being ripped off paying at least 14 Percent increase on the product. New management is a must.

I love this place! I've bought several pieces of furniture. And a washing machine! I love the easy financing terms, the same as cash deal for early pay-off, and the selection! And FREE DELIVERY! that really what does it for me! I could have bought the same couch somewhere else and paid $150 extra for delivery! No thanks
