I highly recommend Action Auto for all your car repair needs. They are an excellent, local family-owned repair shop. My family has been using their services for a couple decades now. We take all our vehicles to them for oil changes, routine maintenance, and repairs. They always provide exceptional customer service, explain things clearly, are transparent, honest, kind, and run their business with integrity. Travis and John have always been done a great job of explaining what needs to repaired and serviced right away for safety and what can wait. They provide fair and accurate quotes and are easy to communicate with. We are so grateful to have their business in our community!

Action Auto Repair is the real deal.
We just moved to Medford six months ago from out of state, so finding a trustworthy mechanic was high on our list—and Action Auto Repair completely delivered.
We brought in our 2008 Toyota Tacoma because of a noise in the front end. It turned out we needed the right strut and left strut assembly replaced, plus a few other long-overdue repairs. We initially scheduled with John, who was friendly and helpful, and then Travis took it from there. Travis is exactly what the reviews say: honest, kind, professional, and extremely accommodating.
He gave us a clear and accurate quote up front—and it didn’t change. No hidden labor costs or vague estimates. He even showed us the broken parts he removed, which I’ve never had a mechanic do. As someone who’s done some of my own vehicle work, I really appreciated how transparent and educational that was.
Travis also got the job done a full day earlier than promised, which was a huge plus. He overdelivered on every promise and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
This is a family business that acts like one—honest work, integrity, and care for the customer. From now on, we’re bringing both our vehicles here, and we’ll be recommending Action Auto Repair to anyone who asks. After years of dealing with hit-or-miss auto shops, this one stands out with the strongest possible endorsement we can give.

Had some maintenance services done on my Prius C. They provided a great estimate (saved $80 off the dealership cost) and completed the work within $10 of the estimate. Travis was timely in his response to my inquiry and handled the whole transaction very well! I highly recommend Action Auto for your car work.

Can’t say enough good things about Action Auto. Travis and the entire team will practically bend over backwards to get the work you need done—done.
If I had to pick one word to describe the business as a whole? Honest. Doesn’t hurt that they’re likely the most affordable repair shop in the valley as well.

Has some air conditioning repair done 2 years ago. The compressor electrical went out. They fought with the manufacturer and got them to pay for everything. In my opinion they are the best in town I've had repair done by other that didn't really care about the the customer.

These guys saved me almost a thousand dollars after I consulted them for a third opinion on an alternator issue. They were much more thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest than the other two shops I went to, and figured out the issue was misdiagnosed. I’m a young woman who very obviously knows nothing about cars and they totally could’ve scammed me and I would’ve never found out. Didn’t even charge me a cent for their time. Literally gave me hope in humanity.

Always a great experience with the repair of my RAM. Couple of repairs and 2 transmission services. Always on time and 1 repair came in under the quoted price. Who else would do that. Travis is super friendly its like dealing with a friend. Thanks again buddy

I bought a 2024 like new car from Action Auto that had a racing seat installed in place of the regular drivers seat. Action Auto offered to replace it. I was very impressed with that BUT what they installed was a worn, stained, dirty seat with very obvious damaged fabric. They cleaned it to improve the look which became apparent as i drove home and my entire backside was wet.
The seat they removed was roughly a $1500 leather seat. My price to replace the seat was about $600 so with their wholesale price it was a few hundred bucks for a new seat. Really lousy dealings, Action Auto.
Daniel our salesman on the other hand deserves 5 stars. He is awesome.

I pass Action Auto Repair everyday on my way to work. I looked up their reviews, and was I ever glad I did! Travis gave me a quote that was $200 less than another shop for changing spark plugs. He is honest, friendly, and fair. Travis and his team had my vehicle in and out the same day. I'm glad I took the chance to try Action Auto, you should too, you won't regret it.

Action Auto earned my trust several years ago. I take both of my vehicles to them for their regular services and oil changes as well as any needed repairs. Travis has always been honest and professional. I have been extremely pleased with their work and prices.
