First off, Adept has the best crew! Since I started with B2B Transportation Services, Inc - they have been my lifesaver and I have learned a ton about what they do and how they do it.
Just recently (March 2024) we switched phone providers from Nextiva to Adept Phone services and its been wonderful! With Nextiva, we had constant call drops, transferring a call was a nightmare, and one of the BIGGEST shortcomings Nextiva had was when we got a sleu of heavy calls coming into our Main Line it would freeze all of our phones - they would continue to ring, but you could NOT pick up. To help, you had to un-plug and plug the phone back in. UNBELIEVABLE!
But, since we have switched to Adept as our phone provider, no one in the company has had any issues! So THANKS A MILLION Adept for helping and always having our back night and day! WE LOVE YOU!

R.B. Browns Trucking uses adept for both I.T. and our phone systems. They are very quick to respond to issues and have kept our system working seamlessly through transitions and updates we needed to do through out the years. They are very knowledgeable of needed equipment updates and warranties and we are vary happy that we chose to partner with them.

Fairly new clients to Adept, but am impressed with what I have seen so far. Greg and team seem to genuinely care for their customers. They have taken time to get to know us and our needs. Very personable, responsive, and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful company. As the ED of an Imaging Center it is important to have a reliable IT company running our network. Adept Networks is our IT department. Their response time is almost immediate, especially with a high priority network like ours. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Great customer service. Post install, any questions or tweaks I have are solved promptly. I even get call backs from the service technicians to make sure things are running ok. A phone call to touch base!!! That never happens nowadays.
