Jeff and Ryan are great people to work with. I had an issue with my S-Works road bike and they took care of all my issues. Had to order a seat post, and derailleur and they tuned up it to top notch. Would highly recommend there shop and service in the area. I live in Roseburg, and it was worth the trip to go see them, and have there service. Thanks again

Awesome shop. Visiting Medford for a little bit and needed to have my wheel/tire looked at. They were able to replace my tube and tire while I waited, and even noted a few little things that could have used some work. I greatly appreciate it when people pay attention to the little details, and these guys definitely did. I enjoyed discussing lots of bike related things with them as well.

Awesome shop!!!! The owner was busy but super attentive to everyone in there! I came in with a broken chain and he fixed it on the spot... most shops would make you drop it off and call you days later... had a nice mix of bikes and any items you would need... I'm from out of town and this will be my go to shop for now on!!!

Adventure Bicycles in Medford Oregon, is one of the best bike shops in Southern Oregon and Northern California. Jeff, the store owner, is one of the most professional and experienced mechanics I have worked with. I have been riding seriously mountain and road for decades. Jeff is very knowledgeable and is an exceptionally nice person. When I bought my first electric mountain bike from him, he was just beginning. Now he is a highly sought after full service bike shop.
