Marcia protected my storage unit when she noticed it wasn't properly locked. This saved me from potential theft which I appreciate! She contacted me and scheduled a time to meet with me before the weekend hit so I wasn't locked out of my storage unit. I'm having a hard time remembering the ladies name she wears glasses she was working tonight October 15th she was so friendly so polite I believe her name might have started with an m. I am not joking when I tell you she was absolutely the sweetest nicest lady that I've ever dealt with at a storage unit or business.
So please whatever her name is it was working tonight October 15th she needs recognition.
