I had a vaccination appointment that I was on time for but nowhere is there a clear sign where to check in for vaccinations, so I ended up being late from waiting in line at the drop off kiosk. The associate at the pick up kiosk, where vaccinations check in actually is, was abrupt.

Ive been a customer at this pharmacy for 10+ years. Every one is kind and knowledgeable and always willing to help answer your questions or concerns regarding your insurances or prescriptions.
I highly recommend them.
Thank you to all at Sav-On pharmacy on Ross Ln W. Medford

worst place; you wait and wait just for them to close and go to lunch telling everyone to come back after 1pm. they had an issue with the amount of Rx needed and the tech and pharmacist openly In front of everyone started talking about the Rx and rather condescendingly exclaimed "sounds rather excessive to me" completely violating Hippa by talking about my condition. Pathetic incompetent staff. Do not go here unless you love coming back over and over for a simple refill or you love sitting around. if you read the names of the few 5 star reviewers all of the techs have those same names.... weird lol

Another sub-par business trying to bury terrible service under phony reviews. I once tried to refill my subscription 3 days in advance. Well, 3 days and a 30 minute wait later and this dumpy little assistant tells me they haven't even started it and to step aside and wait. I tell her it was put in 3 days ago and all she gives me is a shrug with no response...Doesn't ask anyone, doesn't look in the computer, no "let me see what happened".*shrug*Unacceptable. Get your team on the same page and ditch the nose picker.

Avoid at all costs. If they touch your information, you'll wait in line to find out they don't have your script and cant get it anywhere else because they'll still have it as filled in their system.

I am so grateful, I had an urgent need for a refill and left it until the last minute but was able to contact the Savon Pharmacy and my provider and they worked together to get this prescription ready within 2 hours on a Friday afternoon.

Let me tell you. I had quite the emergency today and Sean did everything he could to help me. Was very pleasant with my rushing behind. We had 45 minutes to close up for the day. He was awesome at explaining how my Dr messed up my prescription and how he could fix it temporarily. He was absolutely awesome waiting for my Dr to get back to him. I think I'm gonna change all my prescriptions to here. Both him and Taryn were very helpful . Please change your pharmacy to here. Open everyday except major holidays too.

I’ve been coming here for 16 years and today I’m finally done. It used to be the friendliest people at sav on and now just so uncaring and rude. Everyone is having to wait at least 30 minutes for their prescription and the people at the counter should be friendly. A girl at the counter named Katy was so rude no eye contact and I just wanted to check on the older man in front of me for a half hour that she had go down an isle and I was worried he would have to wait another hour. First time I asked no eye contact and ignored second time said so rudely she can’t tell me anything because of HIPAA. Zero conversation with me just whispering to the guy she’s working with. I officially am done here and will not recommend it to anyone!

Tried calling them six 6! times today (after talking with them the day before about refilling a prescription) and I was having to update my phone number with them so they could call and let me know when my prescription was ready. I wanted to call in and find out if my prescription was ready and then have them update my phone number.Six phone calls later and no one picked up and it went to their voicemail that said their mailbox was full, I tried calling customer service to find out what was going on in the pharmacy and no one answered that phone!I went in to the store and waited in line for about a half an hour. As they only have one window open handling customers. When I got to the pharmacist I asked if they were having a problem answering their phones and was told they are "too busy to answer the phones", "that they are understaffed and no one is available to answer the phones they need more people"There were three pharmacy techs, one person at the intake and one person in the back with headphones on looking at her phone. The phones are directly behind them hanging on walls where all they have to do is reach back and pick up the phone. After I got my prescription I was directed to the intake window to update my phone number and was told she was unable to do that and to call corporate and I asked how I got corporate's number she said go to customer service...I went to customer service and they said the phone number was on the receipt.I called that number and told them exactly what I've written here and wanted to know what they were going to do about it. I was also informed that it was the pharmacy techs that had to update my phone number not corporate. The customer service today was horrible. They said they will give my number to the district manager and the store manager so one of them will be calling me...I will see.I have never had a problem at this store location before, this is the one on Ross Lane. But after this experience will probably transfer over to the Walmart pharmacy as I know they are staffed well and they answer their phones.

I am often unable to drive down to the pharmacy in person. Which is what it seems is allays required to find out that they do not have the stock to fill an Rx. I called over 100x today from 9:30am to 3:30pm and not on there lunch break. Called the main store and finally a helpful employee literally ran over to the pharmacy to ask them in person for me. Of course they can't answer the employees question.Tldr; Not a functional Pharmacy at their current Staffing level. Love the employees. But I would suggest finding a pharmacy that's actually has someone on staff to answer the phones and maybe can keep stock, at the bare minimum.
