Very happy with Apria in Medford Oregon. They processed my order quickly. A different CPAP arrived then the one I requested. They exchanged it for the CPAP I wanted. Eric sat down with me and explained how to use it and answered all my questions. I'm very pleased and feeling great using the new CPAP. Thank you!

Didn’t send me what I ordered. The phone staff have no clue what their job is. And they constantly barrage your email for reviews.

Carrie was rude both times I spoke with her. I docusigned the agreement shortly after receiving it and the order for the nebulizer was not sent. I found this out by calling the following day. I would have received it next day had they completed my order. I was having bad breathing problems from covid and needed asap. I had to speak to a Mgr to resolve issue. Horrible experience!

They were supposed to call me with cost of my CPAP supplies before delivery. No one called. The first thing I got was an email with a tracking #. I called customer service and they couldn't help me, billing dept also couldn't help until the invoice posts. Then transferred to PAP dept, she immediately transferred me to billing, so I gave up.

This place is full of the most inept people i have ever had to deal with.They get orders wrong. They are very slow at filling orders then make excuses for there inability to survive there clientsI will never go to apria in Medford Oregon againVery very unsatisfying experience

I have a son who requires a ventilator and O2 and as a medical supply company you would think that they would know the names of the supplies we are needing but they dont. They can't seem to get any orders correctly we have recieved stuff we dont even need. We are starting to run low on supplies and my sons life depends on this stuff. They have made our whole experience on a ventilator a freaking nightmare.. as if its not scary enough now imagine stressing on supplies.. this place (medford apria) needs people more experienced on this medical equipment and supplies because lives depend on it.. anyways 0/10 would not recommend..

I tried to get a mask for oxygen concentrater delivered to my sister's home, she has been a client for many years, but Monica said they can't send a driver because it wasn't worth their while for just a mask. I am her only caregiver and don't want to leave her as she is in her final stage. I didn't know you had to have a quota to get the best customer service. Wish they had more empathy.

House oxygen concentrator for the house has been spewing oil and reported to Apria a month ago. Nonresponsive to several calls to remedy and my wife has been without the use of.I know that if we were still in California, we'd be seeing them in court.Avoid these company unless there's no other alternative.

Extremely frustrating company to work with. Customer service ranges from terrible to just passably good. I'm attempting to move both of my parents from this company to another medical provider. I can tell you a dozen negative stories - 8 bad encounters for every 1 good encounter. They perpetually have bad attitudes towards customers. I wish I could say something nice.

I can't even begin to tell you how horrible this company is to work with.. W ordered equipment from them and had two machines fail within 4 days almost killed my mother. Then try to call them lol just a answering machine loop..so i went ahead and drove down there and found an office full of people not willing to take accountability for any actions they tookour didn't take.. I will be changing my provider and i can't say it enough bad things stay away from this company..
