We just moved to Medford from Texas. We went into the AT&T store today and saw Zach, the manager. Not only did he help us with our dipping internet (5G to 4Glte on our data) but was able to order us Internet for our home! Great customer service and knowledge!

The guy that helped us was super nice and professional. The people were great. However the company is garbage. The service is awful. My wife drives for work and her GPS never loads, calls drop constantly. Biggest mistake switching from Verizon. Can't wait to be able to switch back.

we upgrade my son phone and were told by the store guy that iPad is free so we thought great come to find out iPad not free so we send it back billed us after we were told free by att sales person. Got an awesome staff named Pablo thank you amazing job Pablo listened to me while I explain the situation we were never told it be 18 dollars a month now things back to normal just have to pray you get a person to listen to you . This store is amazing Seth was the employee that helped us . We were going through a tough time we just lost a family member 2 days prior.. he was sooo sincere and caring .. Seth made it soo smoothly n the experience was amazing .. we got all new phones . Then we came back the next day n bought accessories n Seth helped us then too . I would recommend this store let Alone this employee to anyone that is looking for new service like what we did . Or just looking for help . This store was beyond friendly and went up n beyond to help us save money too .. this is the best customer service we have ever dealt with when it came to cell phone stores ..
