I put off buying a new cell phone for a number of years because of a previous bad experience so I took a chance and went to the AT&T store and was greeted by Robert. He was patient and polite and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate him making this new phone transition and easy one and a pleasant one and so far this new iPhone 16e is wonderful and easy to use.

Nick basically saved my life. I use my phoen for part of my job and broke it over the weekend after dropping it on gravel. It would have been expensive to fix and it wouldn't have been able to be done same day. I needed it for Monday (it was Sunday) and I wouldn't have been able to get it fixed before work. He did some amazing footwork and was not only able to get me a new phone with the same number on it but it was all no cost at the time. Of course you gotta pay the old phone off and pay the phone bill but he made sure that I would be able to access things for my job, have a better piece of equipment, and avoid the stress of needing to pay everything upfront. Thank you so much Nick, you really saved me and made everything stress free. I really appreciate you.

Jackie was great and helping us fix our problems and give us advice on future things we wanted done but what was really disappointing in a corporate shop was that they had no one to actually work on things and I had a Apple Watch and the button was stuck and I couldn’t get the watchband off. I would think for a corporate shop they would at least have somebody who could fix things mechanically there, but they Macy don’t they took all of the mechanical people out of the shops and no more offer that service.

Despite a VERY frustrating and long run of hours that a problem that I had took to resolve, Nick at this store stayed persistent to get it fixed. We spent close to 9 hours total trying to get my line and phone fixed, and he stayed positive, jovial, and committed the entire time- even staying after hours and missing his lunch. His manager BJ was also very supportive, resourceful and willing to help. So glad that I found the right people to get some very complicated issues resolved. Jake and Mario resolved a major issue with my iPhone. It failed while I was hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. Ranchers gave me a ride 60 miles to the nearest town on dirt forest service roads to Yreka, CA. I was able to catch an Lyft drive taking someone the Medford, OR airport. The driver took me to ATT store 1730 Delta Waters Road, Medford OR. My iPhone failed on trail. That’s really bad, they identified the lockout as voice over assist. They showed me how to unlock it. Their action allows me to return to the trail. Two top shelf ATT employees.
