“I've always had great service at Discount tire! I've been a customer for over 30 years starting in NM. I was so happy when they opened a store here. They are very thorough and explain everything. I visited another local tire shop last year when my tire had a slow leak. I waited for 2 hours and they said that it was just a seal issue. The tire still continued to lose air. I then took it to Discount tire that had just opened and they found a nail on it. It was repaired for free and I was out of there in less than 30 min 100% recommend!”

“I recently brought my 2024 Toyota Tacoma to Chico’s Auto Collision after my passenger-side mirror (with sensors) broke and the passenger door was dented and scratched. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday morning and got it back today—incredibly fast turnaround!
The quality of their work is outstanding. The mirror and sensors were repaired perfectly, the dents and scratches on the door are completely gone, and my truck looks brand new again. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do.

“We got a flat tire due to a branch, we’re trying to get an inflation liquid to slow down leakage. The staff at autozone helped us a lot, he went beyond job description. The original bottle probably got manufacture defects that could pump liquid in the tire, he even helped us get another one. Thank you so much for his help.”

“I needed machine shop service and I live in Klamath Falls, which only has 2 machine shops.My mechanic recommended Keller’s in Medford. So I called them they were super friendly and said if I came that day they could have it done by the next day. When I arrived 2 hours later they said if I wanted to wait they could do it that day. 90 minutes later I was on my way home. 5 stars is not good enough for this company. “Larry was very helpful and supplied me some universal parts from VWs that I used on my 1958 BMW Isetta. A $6 throttle cable because a real repro is $60, a bus steering damper - which replaced original perfectly, and a brake light switch for only $10.50. Without these items I might have missed showing at the Medford Cruise 2021.”
