Miscommunication between front office and mechanic. Job not complete. However, they worked on it first in the a.m. trying to get me on my way to CA. They were honest about the work, not what I requested. Received full refund without any issues. Would use again. Thanks for being honest, and refund. ✌?”

“My poor truck hasn’t been close to a car wash in a long time so I thought my birthday was the right time to change that. Went back to Q & D and the experience was the best !! Friendly hard working staff laid out my options, I chose what I wanted and received a complete and satisfying car wash that was done to spec and for a fair price. Now I required extra attention for certain areas ( road grime on the truck’s rocker panels, filthy wheels and scuffed sidewalls, etc. ) so I told the fellas that I’d make it worth their while to go the extra distance for me. And boy did they respond - 10 year old truck is looking like new !!
Just a suggestion: tipping is for a certain level of service, not just because you’re there. I notice when someone is putting effort into making this customer happy, and when I see that, he or she is rewarded, and not with a plain “thank you” but cash !! These people can’t spend good wishes …”

“I've always had great service at Discount tire! I've been a customer for over 30 years starting in NM. I was so happy when they opened a store here. They are very thorough and explain everything. I visited another local tire shop last year when my tire had a slow leak. I waited for 2 hours and they said that it was just a seal issue. The tire still continued to lose air. I then took it to Discount tire that had just opened and they found a nail on it. It was repaired for free and I was out of there in less than 30 min 100% recommend!”

“Robert is HANDS DOWN the BEST mechanic I’ve ever seen in my life. I have never seen such a honest mechanic that actually prices the labor and everything so fair! His work is absolutely amazing and he is such a reliable mechanic. I needed a replacement of a clutch last year, he didn’t just replace the clucth, he got my car next day and he gave me the best price that none of the other shops been able to! Now I got another vehicle and he is also fixing motor mounts on it and he makes everything so easy for the costumer. Thanks for all you do Robert!”

If I have a question about something, I always get a straight answer.The old store was fun to visit but this new facility is amazing! There isn't much inventory on shelves available to view but there's plenty to look at. The retail space might be as large as the whole old warehouse!”

“We got a flat tire due to a branch, we’re trying to get an inflation liquid to slow down leakage. The staff at autozone helped us a lot, he went beyond job description. The original bottle probably got manufacture defects that could pump liquid in the tire, he even helped us get another one. Thank you so much for his help.”

“Larry was very helpful and supplied me some universal parts from VWs that I used on my 1958 BMW Isetta. A $6 throttle cable because a real repro is $60, a bus steering damper - which replaced original perfectly, and a brake light switch for only $10.50. Without these items I might have missed showing at the Medford Cruise 2021.”

“I needed machine shop service and I live in Klamath Falls, which only has 2 machine shops.My mechanic recommended Keller’s in Medford. So I called them they were super friendly and said if I came that day they could have it done by the next day. When I arrived 2 hours later they said if I wanted to wait they could do it that day. 90 minutes later I was on my way home. 5 stars is not good enough for this company. Also I would like to add they were very reasonable. Gary Blankenship customer”
