I had an issue with my shifter/key wouldn't come out of my ignition unless I undid the ground on my battery.
MICHAEL at the West Main St store, went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND in helping me troubleshoot the issue!!! I've had SEVERAL mechanics not have a clue, or Not even TRY to help me!... But MICHAEL took the time to look up info that ended up being EXTREMELY Helpful and in the end helped me put in a new gear shift (which solved the problem!!!)
He even gave credit to others,(where credit was due in learning info!)
So I give him HUGE credit, for all of his help!!!

Rude employee. She needs to work on her manners. You aren't suppose to treat a customer like they're stupid because you think your done kind of mechanical genius.

The guy that closes this store is extremely rude. We called them from across the street with car problems and needed a car part. It was a couple minutes to closing, and he answered and said we could come across the street and get the car part and it’s in stock. I was walking to the door and he locked it RIGHT IN FROM OF ME. I told him I was the one he spoke with over the phone (thinking he couldn’t be serious). He shook his head and said no, we close at 9. I couldn’t believe it…it was 9 on the dot and he had just spoke with me less than two minutes before I got there. Rude and unprofessional.

This place is back and forth. But when the Hispanic manager is on...I leave . She's rude. And treat her own people very poorly

Employees were mean and unhelpful. Asked about help with paint matching for a small scratch on a rim and they just said "We don't do that. Our spray paint is right there. That's all that's available." And when another employee tried to help us she just reiterated "that they don't paint match. This is not home depot." Absolutely avoid this location.
