Great store. Helpful staff. Lots of weird non-book items like strange Japanese toys and quirky board games. I even paid for their membership card.

I will be traveling in Austria and Slovenia this fall. Customer support was above and beyond. I got plenty of books to choose from and links to maps that weren't in stock. In addition. relevant travel advice from associate's experience.

Store is clean, people are friendly and they have a very large selection of games as well as books. Only drawback can be trying to find something specific.

I always have a great experience at this location. The staff are always friendly and ready to help find what you're looking for. Today's experience was exceptional! I found new books I probably wouldn't have purchased if not for the assistance of the staff.

So many books! Almost sensory overload ? My husband wanted Tom Selleck's new book, which had just come out last week. We couldn't find it so I asked at the customer service desk...the employee was extremely polite and helpful. Instead of just telling me the general location, she looked it up, went and found the last copy the store had, and brought it up to the desk. That is great customer service!
