Horrible service. Staff does not know the difference in tablets that they are required to work on. One says they can another says they can't. Even tho their company has worked on this tablet prior. Anyways they did me a favor I found someone who did it cheaper, that day and my tablet is working. again. I would not recommend this business. Meet my expectations. How about replacing the battery I had paid for and waited three weeks for when told originally one week. ( I get shipping anything now takes forever due to political nonsense). But when I show up to get it replaced you argue with me instead of actually trying to solve the problem. Judging something by looks and not even looking up a model number, wow. I guess I expected more out of people. My bad

Fantastic Customer Service. My key fob was dead and as a woman I consider this a safety issue. Just a battery didn’t do it. Annette and Dom went out of their way to problems solve this in such a friendly, helpful manner. I bought another flashlight and batteries for home when I saw how reasonable they were priced. Thank you for going out of your way to solve my issue. Our training company teaches Customer Service as Annette and Dom just made me smile. This IS what customer service is.

Ordered a new phone battery. They said come in anytime and leave it for 2 hours. So, I did. Nope, can't do it today. The team called in sick. Tried again. 4:30 p.m. Nope, too late, we close at 7 p.m. Tried one last time and stood there for 20 minutes while the guy tried to enter me into their system, at which point I said, please give me the battery that I've already paid for. Took it to Mobile Madness. Done in 45 minutes.

Decided to give this a try for first time. Lobby had 5 customers in line plus me at the end. Only one employee working the front of the store and two employees in back. After 15 minutes I left and called the store. They immediately answered the phone and I said maybe you should help the people in the store first instead of answering the phone. He blew me off and asked how he could help me and I said it was too late because I’ve left the store. I won’t be back. Online is way easier and probably cheaper.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to these gentlemen. I bought a key online waited about a week and a half for it to be delivered to the store. They had issues programming the key. Luckily they were able to combine my old beat up key with the new one. It works flawlessly and they refunded the programming fee. ($69.99) I had to wait a bit but I feel like they went above and beyond. Will return here again for any battery or key needs. Thanks guys!

Five Stars for Jeff at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Medford!
I had a fantastic experience at the Batteries Plus Bulbs on Crater Lake Highway. I was having some weird electrical issues with my vehicle and suspected it might be the battery, but wasn't entirely sure. Jeff at the store was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to test my old battery thoroughly and then helped me find the perfect replacement. He even took the time to explain the different options and made sure I understood everything.
What really stood out was his willingness to troubleshoot. He genuinely seemed invested in getting my vehicle back up and running smoothly. He turned a potentially stressful situation into a breeze. If you're in Medford and need battery help, definitely ask for Jeff – he's a lifesaver!

Went in to pickup some AG3 batteries and the staff wanted $5+ per battery, sorry, but these batteries are literally sold for $7's on Amazon for a *PACK* of 30. So I ended up buying the batteries from amazon, which pissed me off because I was going out to sight my new long range competition rifle in and now I have to wait to do that till I get the new batteries. The staff even tried adding a *10%* discount like that was any better, that was more insulting then anything, as 10% off of $5-$6 is next to nothing, getting 30 for $7 from amazon was the better choice. Have fun staying in business with these insane prices.

Great customer service who are very knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of brands with a selection. Their batteries range from super tiny batteries that must go to hearing aids or watches all the way up to monster size batteries for RV's and Heavy Equipment. They even have rechargeable CR123 batteries which I will be returning this week to go purchase....Thank you Batteries Plus Employees for your service today with my afternoon purchase 😀
