These units are clean and kept up nice. I like that they’re not open 24 hrs a day so that they’re able to monitor who is coming in and out. I’ve never seen a problem with people trying to stay overnight or live on the property. They’re amazing to work with, too!

Its been good. Better when Mom ran it. Prices went up & no breaks on late fees, etc when young ones took over. But they r good also to deal with. Nice & clean & Ivr never seen any homeless living there or aroind there

I highly recommend Berry's Oak!! It's maintained beautifully, and the staff is delightful!
