Customer service was a bit slow when I asked for help. After waiting for my turn (approx 10 minutes) I was very satisfied with the information and products offered. Being a part of the total tech membership scored us a 2 year warranty on a new phone. With the value of our prior equipment replacements, the cost of the plan has been more than compensated.

They do not honor there warranty or extended or manufactured. There spu d bar has blown up my circuit breaker for 2 months in a row, the LG 3 war 420.watt is a pos. Yes the manager told us to buy a new one and return it after the send the LG one to get f8xed meanwhile wirh superbowl coming, I am out of a sou d bar. They just lost our bussiness, even as being geek squad members, there is no warranty honored!!!!

Decent selection especially if you have some major cash. Would I say a place to go to save major cash? O no lol. The store is well maintained inside with everything mostly on display operational. I would however say trying to find an employee or even one who wants to help is simply like trying to find a hundred dollar bill on the ground. I had store employee "Riley " walk past me 5 or six times yawning in the computer section after I had already been there 15 minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The customer service these days has seriously gone down hill for sure. The good news I got to look at all the stuff I can buy online cheaper and have shipped right to me.

I was checking out the kitchen appliances as we may need a new dishwasher. This was a much better experience than lowes as the floor models were in good shape, not beat up. The sales personnel were friendly and helpful. The prices were pretty much in line with the competition.
