I get better customer service from the kid who pumps my gas than I ever did from Pam. Trying to get info was like pulling teeth, her fees are outrageous -
What is most upsetting is I explained everything to her to begin with - about my anxiety, why it took me so long to even get to taxes, etc... and she said she understood fully what that was like. That is literally why I chose her over the Liberty Tax guy I talked too, and the two private CPAs. Because she said she got it. She didn't.
I understand that it was post tax season and limited work hours - in my mind that is reason to not take on another client if you can't handle you case load. Additionally it's no excuse for bad service. Unclear explainations, not returning emails, not following thru on offers she made - specifically she said she could help me figure out payment plans or options for the feds... I asked her THREE times in emails after than if she could help. She never replied to any of them. She'd answer something else in as few words as possible, but apparently never read the whole messages?
Idk what else to say 0/5 stars, won't be back, won't recommend. She has not represented your company or your office well, which is a shame.

Debbie is absolutely amazing. She is really sweet and cares about you. She takes the time to make sure things are correct. She is extremely efficient and thorough with her work. She gets to really know her clients. She really tries to help set you up to have a better life. Like retirement goals etc.
