“I recently brought my 2024 Toyota Tacoma to Chico’s Auto Collision after my passenger-side mirror (with sensors) broke and the passenger door was dented and scratched. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday morning and got it back today—incredibly fast turnaround!

“I have never had such great customer service. However the actual paint job on my truck was so good I cannot rave about it enough. Lonnie the owner will greet you in his casual way and he listens and next thing you know you have a wonderful new paint job. He does custom paint beautifully. Can’t go wrong at Lonnies Auto Paint!!! The pictures posted were right after an unexpected red rain. Thus there was a bit of dirt in the air. After storm , wiped and was perfect.”

“We are full time RVers 6 months out of the year and 2 weeks ago a gravel truck kicked up a good size Rock and caused a huge starburst shaped divot at the center base of the windshield of our Class A motorhome.
Yes, it is impossible to talk to someone quickly to set up an appt, so we drove right to their location. Luckily, we were able to park in front of their shop and again lucky they were not jammed with appts that day and could fix it right away.
