I wish I could say I had a positive experience but unfortunately it wasn't,
I went there to purposely take my time, because my daughter was at a practice.so I came here to take my time! and they seem really irritated, but I still spent good money like I usually do, it's not my first time shopping here, so when i went to leave the girl spoke in her mic- she's finally leaving!!
I did not appreciate that!!

Bought a 400$ hat, no stock, cold staff behavior, and had to buy a hat carbox 5$ for a 400$ hat.. It's simply outrageous.

I possess over 70 pairs of boots, predominantly from Arizona. However, when I'm in other states, I still shop at Boot Barn, so when I was in Eagle Point, my footwear was shipped to the Medford location. I have had numerous interactions with employees from Boot Barn, including the manager at locations in Prescott Valley and Scottsdale. We developed a rapport; and I've enjoyed every time I shopped at any boot barn. I've never filed or voiced a compliment during my tenure as a customer at any Boot Barn and I do shop frequently. I can't recall a time when I was not satisfied shopping at Boot Barn. The atmosphere at the Medford location was unfavorable, although the two gentlemen performed exceptionally well. The female individual I assume to be the manager was found to be unsatisfactory. I regretfully will not be proceeding with business transactions at this location or engaging in shopping there. It It's noteworthy that I had to inquire about my transaction if it was even done, as I was standing there. She was notably unhelpful; she never spoke and proceeded to move towards the next register while I remained there. I thought she was still finishing my stuff. However, she was helping another customer I had to ask the gentleman if I was done, and he was very pleasant. He smiled and said "I'm sorry, yes you are all finished. Have a good day." It's quite a sad situation when a customer has to ask that despite being part of their job.. She refrained from making a greeting, expressing no smile, and neither did she exchange words with me. The sole interaction we had was when I mentioned that I had an online order to be picked up. She did not inquire about the spelling of my name or describe the boots' appearance. Instead, she simply departed. Not a word spoken It seemed odd to me; I was laughing at the lack or absence of a conversation most employees have with customers.. She simply walked away to locate my boots, then called the team from the back room to inquire about my last name and its spelling. If she had taken a few moments to greet me properly and interact with me, she would have gathered all necessary information.. The encounter left me feeling quite disheartened, as it was the most disappointing customer interaction I have ever experienced at a boot store. Despite my desire to purchase a pair of corral boots with yellow flowers, I opted to procure them from a different location and refrained from any further shipping or in-store shopping at this particular location. For an individual who possesses a substantial collection of boots and clothing from boot barn, along with purchasing at boot barn twice a month on average, I was left bewildered as to the entire process. Even my fiancé was not pleased and was perplexed about the situation. With that being said the gentleman demonstrated enhanced hospitality and was exceedingly helpful. Consequently, I would recommend him to shop with. Perhaps she is experiencing a challenging day, however, I have never experienced such a perplexing cold shopping experience at a boot store before. No customer should be confused about whether their done or what is going on; communication is crucial. With that being said I still love boot barn and will continue to shop there

Cons: employees felt comfortable cussing in front of me last night Jun 18, during my 7 minutes in the store for pick up. Irritating.
Otherwise a beautiful, clean shop.

And they made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Tried on like 10 boots till we found the right ones and they were happy to help.

Bought my very first pair of cowboy boots today. I had no clue what to look for in a boot. I was so lucky to be assisted by a very nice lady. I believe her name was Destiny. I apologize if I'm wrong, but she was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for all your help girl. I love my new boots!!!!!

Went with my nephew. He needed boots for a new job. Pleasant atmosphere. Help was pleasant. Only one pair of boots in size 14. Most were 13 and under. Only down side to this place.

Rich and tasty drinks, very fast service, clean, well lit, reasonable prices, although the place is small, it serves well and with good service and quality. Highly recommended.
