“Doris! Doris! Doris! She rents out her cars with great service. Oh Doris! Oh Doris! Oh Doris! We just rented out a car with dear Doris. And suddenly that name will never be the same to me. Oh Doris. I was just blessed by a lady named Doris. And suddenly I've found how wonderful her help can be. Oh Doris. Oh Doris. Oh Doris. Say it proudly and it feels like you're baying, Say it softly and it's almost like praying. Oh Dooooris! But seriously. Here's what happened. Car broke down between Washington state and California. We had to tow the car to a service center in Medford. Then we had to rent a car to continue our trip. Full car in the breakdown. We had nothing but our phones and our wallets walking in to the airport. In our time of need, we meet Doris at the counter who proceeded to help with great caring and superb human beingness. They are lucky to have her in Medford. We were lucky to have her. And you'll be lucky too. If you see her, tell her thank you for being such a great human. And that's my West Coast Story. “I rented the car at Alamo Rogue Valley International Airport for about 10 days last December 29 thru Jan 8th for my trip to Southern California. Although I booked it thru a third party company ( hotwire) The price iI got was the best deal! When I came in to pick up the premium SUV it was just what I was expecting and very pleased with the vehicle they gave me. AJ was incredibly helpful, efficient and very professional in his manners. the rental took probably 10 minutes at the most. I couldn’t be more happier with the process.As I came back from my trip I returned the car and Tess helped me and she processed my return quickly and my deposit came back as promised. Wow! I thought this is by far the best rental experience I’ve had at at Medford airport( Alamo)Then after going home, I realized I left something in the car which must have been dropped in the slot between the drivers or passenger seat.. I just knew it there so when I called them, they said they have it and Jenny offered to fedex it to ny home address. I am just awed by the kind of customer service they offer.
