“Medford, OR is a small/medium airport with multiple rental options. National was quick to check in with rental lot located adjacent to airport within walking distance. Return was a breeze with someone stationed in the parking lot to process returns. No Emerald aisle, but for an airport this size, wouldn’t expect one. Would utilize again.”

“I am writing this review for the Medford Airport Location. I have been a dedicated Enterprise customer for over 20 years. I travel frequently for work and continually find all locations to be the best in customer service.
On a recent family trip to Medford we rented a car for a family event. The car ended up having some issues with it that impeded our trip.
When I spoke with the staff member who answered my call to share my concerns they were very empathetic and promised to have the manager give me a call in less than 10 minutes. I apologize that I do not remember the manager's name, but she called me back in less than 10 minutes- and absolutely exceeded my expectations with her response. In a world of call centers, phone systems and insincere conflict resolution - she provided care and she listened. More corporate companies should take note of this personal response and exceptional resolution.
I will continue to prioritize using Enterprise whenever possible. I will also continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful car rental experience.”

“I rented the car at Alamo Rogue Valley International Airport for about 10 days last December 29 thru Jan 8th for my trip to Southern California. Although I booked it thru a third party company ( hotwire) The price iI got was the best deal! When I came in to pick up the premium SUV it was just what I was expecting and very pleased with the vehicle they gave me. AJ was incredibly helpful, efficient and very professional in his manners. the rental took probably 10 minutes at the most. I couldn’t be more happier with the process.As I came back from my trip I returned the car and Tess helped me and she processed my return quickly and my deposit came back as promised. Wow! I thought this is by far the best rental experience I’ve had at at Medford airport( Alamo)Then after going home, I realized I left something in the car which must have been dropped in the slot between the drivers or passenger seat.. I just knew it there so when I called them, they said they have it and Jenny offered to fedex it to ny home address. I am just awed by the kind of customer service they offer.
