Only 10x20 units available in town for highly competitive prices. Got horribly lost and the manager actually walked down the street to help find me!! Someone answers Everytime I call. Online payments. VERY VERY clean facility. Special treats for customers which my daughter loved.

Shopped around for 10x20 - Cascade was the only one where a human actually answered the phone - Ian, on-site manager (!!!!) was the reason I selected Cascade - very personable, knowledgeable - and, shockingly, cared more about the business’s customers than his lunch break. Call me old school, but that level customer service seems to be disappearing - I’ll support it every time. Thank Ian -

I rented a shed for one day at 120.00 a month never moved a thing in. Found cheaper across the st and they would not refund the money

The facility is nice. They have someone on site during business hours. Seems very secure. Only downfall is the very narrow street to get there.

It's fine. I wish the didn't allow folks to "live" in the storage spaces though. Too many... makes me feel a bit strange

The old manager was friendlier, but for a safe place to store your stuff in a convenient location, this is the place to do it
